A pleasure to see my former boss speak. As always very clear and articulate. MISA is in excellent hands. May I ask Mr. Al Faleh to give education privatization some serious push? This will remedy the shortage of quality schools. The current laws, specifically the license to operate coed schools, are very restrictive and limit international operators to come into the country. I was pleased to obtain the first ever foreign investor license in education for GEMS Education. Yet this is only one step. We need a serious assessment of the current licensing regulations. To tie licensing of foreign schools to foreign embassy sponsorship is an old approach if we are to attract international companies and staff. We want foreign international families to come and live in Saudi (like what Aramco did in various communities). Good luck MISA but we need this corp HQ program out soon, please.
