French guy here, very happy to learn that you successfully overcame this dreadful brain tumor. I feel connected to your story because I lost my best friend, my childhood friend to a Glioblastoma IV. His departure in september 2020 left a loving wife grieving, a 17-year old son , an 8-year old daughter and his parents... My friend's passing away was truly a heavy blow that left me in tears, like a wreck. But this was nothing in regard to how his parents were devastated. I now visit them once a trimester to make sure they remain as good as they can after loosing their only child.
This taught me the hard way how life is so fagile yet so precious. I hope you can live a blessed life with a loving husband and children.
My second connection to Ireland is that I worked in Dublin for a year in 1998. Good memories. Take care and very warm hugs from Paris.
