    I used to work at Corporations Canada, which regulates federal companies in Canada, so I enjoyed watching this video and seeing the parallels in Serbia.
    Personally, I will start a business in Serbia soon, so I appreciate your insights into the topic! 👍

    If you are on entrepreneur side and pay 270 euro every month,this will also give you residency option and that will be same throughout 3 years

    Thanks for a good video. What about banking? I've heard it is challenging to use Serbia bank accounts to transfer money/pay to EU/US parties?
    What's the dividend/WHT tax in Serbia if going with a company option?

      Hi, I can tell you from my personal experience that EU/USA transactions from Serbia are not a problem. Dividends are taxed at the rate of 15%.

    @lawfirmseperac6333 Hi, couple of confusions after this video:
    1. If someone is having work permit for Germany (not citizenship in Germany), are they allowed to work directly in Serbia or they need a temporary residency as well ?.
    2. If answer to #1 is "they are NOT allowed to work directly in Serbia", then does that mean the employment invitation is still required ?.
    3. If someone is having work permit for Germany (not citizenship in Germany), are they allowed to purchase a new property in Serbia or the concept of reciprocity is applicable if the individual is a Citizen of Germany ?.

    • @lawfirmseperac
      @lawfirmseperac  Před 4 měsíci

      Hi, thank you for posting your questions!
      1. Serbia is not a part of the EU, so unfortunately German work permit is not transferable to Serbia.
      2. To get a work permit, you are either firstly offered a job by a Serbian employer who then applies for your work permit, or become a self-employed through your Serbian business (company or entrepreneurship).
      3. Reciprocity is performed based on citizenship. Work permit in another country does not change the principle.
      Hope this helps!

    Great informative video. Can I use a Serbian company primarily for investing in EU stock markets and cryptocurrencies? And how hard is it to open a business bank account?

    • @lawfirmseperac
      @lawfirmseperac  Před 4 měsíci

      Thank you for your positive feedback! In fact, it is completely possible and legal to trade with EU stocks and crypto through a Serbian company. It is not hard to open a business bank account once you have established a company in Serbia. Feel free to get in touch via email: info@lawyerserbia.com if you have more questions.

    Did I understand this correctly? Let’s say I earn 50000$ as software developer per year and would pay only 270 euro tax per month? No extra costs beside accounting?

    • @lawfirmseperac
      @lawfirmseperac  Před měsícem

      Hi Janek, yes you understand it correctly. However, there is no accounting needed either. But it is even better, from this year the government has introduced the 50% lump sum reduction. I highly suggest that you watch this video: czcams.com/video/NuVNMp9vTUU/video.html
