The Lodge Card Club is a members-only social club in Round Rock, Texas (just north of Austin). With 24/7 cash games and 2+ tournaments per day, The Lodge is THE place to play poker in central Texas. The Lodge Live is streamed every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 3PM CT.
You never know what you might see on The Lodge Live stream. You might see Pocket Aces vs Pocket Kings. You may see the nut straight lose to a full house after the board pairs on the river. There's a good chance you will see loads of straddles (and double straddles, and triple straddles). Players go all-in blind or play poker hands after looking at just one card. That's just what poker is like in Texas!
The stream regularly features Lodge owners Brad Owen, Andrew Neeme, and Doug Polk. Players like Rampage, Mariano, and Igor Kurganov has also graced The Lodge Live felt. And who knows? One day The Lodge may even host players like Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, or similarly huge poker names.

I love the composure of Alex. You NEVER celebrate a big win when someone just got crushed. You put your chips in the middle, let the dealer sort it out, and start stacking. When Alex is unsure about the strength of his hand he stares profoundly into his opponent giving them an angry look. However, when Alex has the nuts he only does a quick stare onto his opponents and preferring to look at the board instead. It doesn't matter if he always takes long in both situations by touching his chips and doing chip inventory. When he has it, he doesn't stare as much into his opponents when he doesn't he spends almost a good minute looking into them.

This is actually genius marketing. They only show videos of Doug losing so the fish keep swimming to the lodge.

Such good instinct by Taras. When the ace gets their it kind of makes you think he doesn't have a flush because the only flush you should be bluffing with is the ace high.

He reraised on turn and then called the rereraise and then wen't all-in on river. Where's the bluff for Taras to find you mean? There's no bluff in this hand. Taras should've folded and it's such a bad call I cannot even get how he still has money in his bank accounts.
