Cavalera brothers are re-recording their era of Sepultura to get the rights back to them I heard.

Love the original, love the re-recording. Don’t care about agendas or anything with this one, just want to enjoy the music

    Don't touch Arise.

  • @thepredator666qc4

    i still prefer the original

@themetalmeltdown Well…Nighmares Of Delirium was never the album closer. That was always R.I.P. (Rest In Pain). It’s a new song in the old vein of the Schizophrenia material. A really great song, though. Anyhow…Rock on!

I do hope they release a new Cavalera album though with songs like Burn The Dead, Sexta Feira 13, Nightmares Of Delirium I feel like they perfected what they wanted to do with their sound and style

I understand there is a business reason for doing this, and everything sounds great. But I still prefer the more raw and primitive original recordings.

Excellent review and my favorite channel, you say everything directly what you think, I like the comment for the Kerry King album. And now about Max Cavalera. The man is in great shape, especially since Arthur Rizk is the producer of his albums, Go Ahead And Die Cavalera re recorded albums, and Soulfly - Totem. Max sounds dark, powerful, and I can't believe how powerful he sounds vocally, furious, those screams are amazing. Cavalera Conspiracy and Go Ahead And Die are my favorite projects, then Soulfly and Killer Be Killed.💪🤘

Thrashin' would probably have liked this.

  • @rodneybarr5735

I wouldn't worry about them re doing Beneath the Remains and Arise. They'll probably end it with Schizophrenia. And leave the rest as is.

  • @FortessofShred

    This album kicks fucking ass!

  • @PhilipJunior-if7tb

I was a skeptic about this album, but Max and Iggor disproved me again. Well done, I'd love to hear something new from Cavalera Conspiracy like Nightmares of Delirium.

    Schizophrenia (Max's Version).

  • @DashieNegan41

This album is cooking well done

I was very interested in how it would sound upon its release. I know that the brothers Cavalera would put a LOT of love into it, and it most certainly sounds like it was given a lot of time and a lot of attention to the details. Hell, I love how, instead of trying to build it up with more modern technology (at least as opposed to what was available back when it was originally released), they don't do that. In fact, maybe it's just me, but it somehow manages to sound just as raw and just as visceral as the original release of Schizophrenia did. Truly amazing work by Max and Iggor, definitely feeling this 4/5.

Max is in a great shape, those screams on this album, end previous re recorded albums, and Go Ahead And Die - Unhealthy Mechanisms are brutal and sick. I hope for a new Cavalera Conspiracy album in this style without re recording, Nightmares of Delirium is a song that shows that Max can do an excellent old school of death metal and thrash metal music album

  • @TheStrongBoyz19

What an amazing, yet underrated album from one of the greatest metal bands. I am pleased these early albums are getting recognised more, which is a plus as Sepultura are such a strong band.

  • @marktaylor7162

If Coroner could re-record Punishment for Decadence to this high a standard, that is something I would be 100% up for. It's one of my favourite albums, but the production is pretty poor. The remastered version is a significant improvement, but still not great.

  • @DrBataco
