This is an in-depth review of the newest Harley-Davidson Softail Sport Glide model 2018. It is recorded in the Czech Republic in May 2018. I truly loved this model for the combination of nice riding abilities and leaning angles together with very practical side bags.
I am also about to publish review of more exclusive Harley Breakout with larger engine 114. Subscribe to my channel and do not miss this video :)

Recently purchased a 2020 Sport Glide. First Harley. Last bike was an '02 R1 so I was nervous that it wouldn't have enough get up and go to keep things exciting. After one test ride I was sold. Sport Glide is a perfect name for this bike. I love how the SG handles and the torque is enough even stock to be a lot of fun. Just added SE Stage 2 kit because why not. It now pulls all the way up to redline. One word to describe riding this bike is FUN. Great touring and sport cruiser combo. Plan on taking some long trips so the removable saddle bags, wind screen and cruise control are great to have as well. If you're a sportbike guy/gal looking for something a lot more comfy yet a boatload of fun to ride, check out the SG.

Good review. I just bought one of them myself and I am really enjoying it. It is my first Harley, all my previous bikes have been Japanese. I wish I could find neutral a little quicker and also wish I could see the display in bright sunlight but other than that everything is good. Keep up the good work but stop the weaving.

I had a chance to ride the Sport Glide at an HD demo event a few weeks ago and unfortunately once I got my butt on the SG it didn't feel good to me and I didn't like riding it all that much. That's the way it goes sometimes.

@@jackchristodoulou197 LOL ... I wasn't thinking of buying, to be honest I'd be hard pressed to buy any Harley. I've had two and am in no rush to down that road again. 😐
At some point, since I posted this(2 years ago), I stopped by an HD demo event and rode both the RKS and SpG. The RKS was a nice bike to ride, with the 114 it should be even better. I did not like the feel of the SpG at all, there was something odd about oow it rode and how I fit it.

Hi Daniel, congrats to such a great bike. Unfortunately, I am quite far away from my Honda this part of the year. I left it on Gran Canaria and having some commitments in some other parts of Europe. It seem I will be back in Gran Canaria in September / November and then I will definitely focus on a small Honda. It will take some time, but I plan to travel through all the Canary Islands and next year I think I will go from Gran Canaria through Spain, France, Switzerland, Austria back home to the Czech Republic (roughly 4 000 kms), so it will need some upgrades. Thanks!

Great video with lots of insights of value. I am keenly interested in your height/weight as the bike looks to small for you when you sit on it, or perhaps you need an extended reach kit that features a seat that changes riding geometry for riders over 6' plus.

It's on a softail frame, it's a Cruiser. your performance expectations from a cruiser for acceleration are unrealistic. That's not what HD's are about, not unless you buy a Low Rider S with the 114 or 117 Cubic Inch displacement motors with the 28* rake forks for steering quickness. The limit on the lean angle is your indicator, it's NOT a sport bike. It's only a little more sporty than a Road Glide or a Street Glide. Pay attention to the Glide in the name.

A great review but motor cycling with bags attached isn't motor cycling in my book. Plus the just make any bike look like shit. I've never ever need baggage when riding. I've ridden many 500 mile days in the past, not any more. The only time I don't ride is when it's snowing or freezing rain.

I’ve watched your review and for the most part good. You do need to work o. Your English though as it’s very ordinary. Why Also the swerving around when other vehicles are coming towards you? I see this so often in bike reviews. Remember, oncoming traffic do not know what your doing. I have heard of someone swerved in front when doing this because they thought the bike was out of control. Car and rider both dead. Concentrate on what your doing and be professional man. Not a hack.
