Gluten Free Meatballs Made With Turkey

Yes, you can prepare delicious gluten free turkey meatballs that just as tender and juicy as traditional meatballs.
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground turkey
3 cups gluten free bread diced small
5 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp anise seeds
sauce/ragu
3 carrots chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup red wine
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
3 tomato paste cans of hot water

That I have to mess with. My attempts at Gluten Free bread have been failures. We had focaccia for those that wanted sandwich and gluten free pasta for those who had to go totally gluten free.

Hello, not sure if you remember my comment about wanting to be a cs in the Navy, recently signed my contract but not as a cs. According to the job counselor my score wasn’t “low”, enough for it but I qualified for a lot of the admin jobs so I picked my second choice, Yeoman. Also love the channel amazing work.

Congratulations and welcome aboard. The job counselor should have their head examined. There is no too low of a score...if the Culinary Arts is where your heart is and what you think you would enjoy but that's what you should do. It just irritates me when people think lowly of the cooks. I had a very successful Navy career as a cook and second and third careers since retiring from the Navy..all because I was a cook. I'd love to sit down with that person....grrrrr

@@mikethestewburner5505 thank you, and yes it wasn’t really a ideal situation but I’m still happy to finally get in the Navy, the chief there tried to help out by seeing if I qualified as a CSS but I think that was a no as well? But either way still happy.
