Alex would have been a very good dad for those kids, but without leaving Jo. He loved Izzie, sure, but when he said 'i love you' to Jo, he meant it; when he married her, he wanted. Alex Karev would have chose Jo and the kids. They would have been a big and beautiful family. We know that he would never leave everyone like that. i'm still gonna watch grey's, but after how they ended Alex... i'm just very disappointed. (sorry for my English, still learning)
