You can return any creature in your graveyard with Tyvar, it does not need to be in the 3 milled cards.

You can't use the priest black mana to pay for the miner's trigger. The crime is commited when the priest's ability goes to the stack, so the miner's trigger goes to the stack on top of that. You need to pay for the miner's trigger before the priest's ability resolves.
