Kinghorn

The village of Kinghorn stands on the Fife coast, overlooking the Firth of Forth. It is a beautiful wee village, but it is better known as the location of where Alexander III, King of Scots was killed when he fell from his horse during a storm. The location where he was found is marked by a memorial.
