When I first arrived to Nairobi, I was in a pretty tought spot financially. Moving abroad comes with many financial adjustments and I had to live on budget. The hustler mindset of people in Nairobi inspired me and I became a laptop hustler creating online income - but how could people in Nairobi have such opportunities to create more income for their efforts?

Love this video! You’re doing great .
It shows the challenges and also the triumphs of moving to a different country/culture.. I am glad you shared the view on older generations not living with their children anymore due to change of household finances and career changes. Have you decided to live long term in Kenya?
Thanks for a sweet comment! ☺️ Yep moving abroad is such a huge life change that one can never really anticipate all the lessons ahead! I’ll be in Kenya for a while as I have a job and a partner here, let’s see in a year or two what the plan ahead is 😁
Nairobi is a place of creativity inorder to survive, so i get it how you seeing it.

Great video! How much was the rent for apartment monthly? (Just curious as I'm wondering about apartments in Westlands/Kilimani(seems safer) with a visit coming up soon.
Thank you! That one was 40k with all housing related costs included, in those areas paying double that is more realistic.
Nice Video
Come back to watch more 😁
Do you know how to perform analysis using SPSS, Stata, or ANOVA?
I’ve done some SPSS analysis back in the uni but my skills are probably rusty by now

Your swahili pronunciation is perfect. Why is that?

Hey! Best of luck with starting your channel! Pick a topic and try to get a small (maybe lavalier style) mic to get started :) I’ll need to look into collabs this year.
How much is the microphone you are using and what model/style is it..kindly wherr did you buy it from?
Or,hear me out...we are all innately hustlers, Nairobi just brings it out of us.
Glad I found this side of me, was very dormant :D

WOW! I DINT REALIZE THAT YOU MIGHT STILL BE TIED TO A WESTERN BILLS WHILE LEAVING IN AFRICA
Yep, debts & potentially some bills and taxes still need to be paid and everything would be planned based your background, earning potential and currency back home. Same regardless from where you move and where you go :)
@@ainoluo WHY DONT YOU START YOUR OWN COMPANY AND FIND REMOTE JOBS IN EUROPE FOR KENYANS?
Can we do a collabo @Ainaluo
