Teachers As Missionary Disciples | Catholic Education Symposium 2024

Archbishop Richard Smith's keynote talk from the 2024 Alberta Catholic School Trustee's Association's Symposium on "Teacher's As Missionary Disciples." (February 9-10, 2024).
This Symposium invites the Catholic education community to engage in discussion that will inform the development of a conceptual framework to assist the Church and Her schools in Alberta, Yukon and the NWT in providing for the formation of pre- and in-service teachers. The Symposium brings together leading researchers in the field, who make presentations of their conceptual and empirical work and engage the community in formulating possible structures, best practices, and strategies for faith formation for staff.
