    I definitely wanna try this greens it’s a great choice especially since AG1 is so expensive. I noticed though it has natural flavors. I saw you briefly said something about it in the video. What’s your opinion on natural flavors just curious?

      Natural flavors is one of those things in the food industry that annoys me because there is really nothing natural about it.

    How much vitamin K does Huel have? You started mentioning that it contains it but I didn’t hear how much and can’t seem to find it online. Thanks for your helpful comparison!

    An AG1 ad played before this video started lol. I lean toward the Huel based on what I’ve seen and heard. I also have used their black powder for years and really like it, and their Mac n cheese is really tasty a friend of mine gave me a bag. Might order all 3 next time!

    I like the information. I have been on Huel Black Edition Coffee Carmel flavor for about 2mos and love the taste. I have also seen weight loss to about 1 pound a day. The Huel Green has worked well for me. I am Type 2 DM for about 3yrs. My glucose levels and energy have been so much better.

    Looking for alternative options on greens

    • @nathanandtiffany
      @nathanandtiffany  Před 5 měsíci

      We haven’t. When choosing these two options we made the decision based on ones we could find with the most diverse and comprehensive micronutrient profile at the time. Essentially using them as a replacement for our vitamin if possible. I am sure some good
      competitors will make it to market. I will look that one up. There are so many now. Which is both good and overwhelming.

    • @nathanandtiffany
      @nathanandtiffany  Před 5 měsíci

      Ok. Yes I did look at it previously now that I searched it for you. The reason we didn’t choose it is because it only had the 5 micronutrients. It was not a good fit for us based on what we were looking for.

    Ive consumed Huel heavily for a few years now. Its great to keep me going and feeling ive had full nutrition without too much work and cost on a meal plan, plus shelf life.
    The greens really for me need to be added to lemonade to make it great on the daily. Otherwise its sativa heavy..
    You get the grit at the end, I do like to use a portable juice blender for mine.
    Then the cost was a huge bonus. I need more at once and in my posession because I heavily consume their product and don't want monthly renewals but a few bags I work through and ship less.
    But hearing AG everywhere I was curious how they compared.
    I eat like I'm in 2001 A Space Odyssey after a lot of gut issues and malnutrition out of nowhere.

    • @nathanandtiffany
      @nathanandtiffany  Před 4 měsíci +1

      This is a complicated answer. AG1 has a separate fish oil that they sell. It is not part of the primary ingredients nor is turmeric. However, I recommend you go to the website and look at the complete ingredient list for both products They’re not just about gut health. There is a probiotic and a prebiotic in them. But there are many other ingredients. The ingredient list is quite expensive. I would actually consider them a pretty comprehensive supplement if you are looking for more of a one and done for vitamins, minerals, probiotics, probiotics, etc. As far as making a specific recommendation for you because you’re not my patient, it’s impossible for me to make that kind of appropriate recommendation. I recommend you consult with as skilled healthcare provider for your particular needs.

    Just got the Huel one recently and find it quite impactful after not long! I think you do it a disservice by not talking about the 90 different plants in Huel, many of whic hare considered adaptogens, nootropics, and without those there is a HUGE amount of unique and healthful phytonutrients/antioxidants - Curcumin from Turmeric is a famous one, but there are MAAANY lesser things. I liek to call them neutraceuticals as they have some sort of preventative-medicinal effect it seems :)

    So I tried AG1 for 3 months. 12 weeks,. I feel good. The most noticeable effect was that I can for to the restorrom to empty bowels 1 to 2 a day. That didn't happen before. And also I feel more satisfied in terms of hunger. (I do one meal a day)) and I do not suffer cravings...but that could be my body jhust adjusted for so long. I am going to try 3 months of HUEL now.. I am kinda tired or paying 99 dollars a month for AG1, where asHuel is half the price. If I can still go to the restroom with that frequency and maintain satisfaction levels, then I will stick to HUel. if not, come back to AG1

      Although I can’t tell you the specific oxalate content of either of these, what I can tell you is that greens in general are high in oxalates. If this is something that’s concerning to you, you should seriously consider that greens powders may not be a good option for you.

      I definitely would not use this as a substitution for eating food. Really think of this as a pretty comprehensive, vitamin and mineral supplement. The volume of food based material is so tiny. But it is a nice way to get a lot of different supplements in one simple place.

    Hi Tiffany, you clinically recommend this AG1 and HULE product. To understand your recommendation better:
    1: are you sponsored by any of this product?
    2: do you get incentive when we click on the links you provided?
    This is just so everyone knows why you recommend it.

    • @nathanandtiffany
      @nathanandtiffany  Před 6 měsíci +5

      Thanks for your question. I am not sponsored. When you click the link you get $15 off your order (up to so many in a year I have no idea how many) I can get $15 off a future order too (up to so many in a year again I don’t know how many) I order for my personal consumption every few months. I think I have saved $30 from HUEL but I don’t think I have ever used any for the AG1. So no savings there for me. It turns out over time I think I personally prefer the AG1 even though it costs more but I still use them both. I probably use the AG1 3/4 of the days and HUEL greens 1/4 of the day. To be clear this video is for educational purposes but each individual person would need to consult with their own heath care providers as I know nothing about viewers individually.

    Can you all do a true comparison. You don't really tell about the ingreedients. what greens are in it. Is it something you can use without buying whole greens. Is there Chromium, B1 and 12. At least you covered the D, but how much you did not say. I'd like to see a comparison with Fiber Greens by Barton Nutrition.

      Our original unedited video had a comparison of every ingredients and the person who helps us edit, said that it was too long and boring so we paired it down. We did do a visual shot of the side-by-side. Part of the plus and minus is of these products is that the ingredient list are extremely long. One way for you to get a more side-by-side comparison as each website has an ingredient list that you can pull up and you can do a side-by-side.
