As being Dan's fans we have to understand respect him like a human being. Just because people like his content does not mean he has to do what they want all the time. He has feelings and emotions just like everyone else.
Yeah, it’s his channel so he can create whatever he wants. Some might be uninterested, some might (like me), but the good thing is that he’s doing what he loves and sharing it with the world so others can enjoy it too.

As a person who’s personally struggled with social anxiety to the point of self isolation, and near death depression, it’s really comforting to hear this message in its relatability from one of my favorite CZcamsrs.
As someone with anxiety, hearing my favorite childhood CZcamsr say that he couldn't do something because of anxiety in such a normal way honestly feels amazing. This tiny video means so much more to me and plenty of others than you could really imagine.
Then it wouldn’t be the true Dan and I would hate that. I love that he’s not like so many other creators now and he’s doing what he loves, not following trends or whatever.
Qsmp isn't a trend, qsmp is literally the first to merge multiple languages like this. Quackity was told by other content creators not to bring his communities together (english and spanish because he grew up bilingal) they were ashamed of his heritage and didnt see value in it until they realized how much it was popping off. IF anything Quackity is a trail blazer. If people want to communicate, they will.

As someone with anxiety problems (GAD and Panic Disorder) hearing how Dan admitting his anxieties with the SMP and choosing the choice that would make him feel more comfortable honestly makes me feel more happier and even comfortable with myself who struggles the same situations of joining certain events/groups and not knowing if its okay to be nervous and be free to express how it makes you feel and especially choosing what is best for YOURSELF and not others. Dan I have been watching your videos for many years since I was 12, And now as a young adult who is slowly recovering mentally with the aid of counseling and coping mechanisms, you still help me by showing your own struggles and how you’re still pulling through. Also big shout out to Quackity being the real one. I remember not really liking him back in the years (because he was not my preference) but during these recent months, I actually see how kind Quackity is behind the scenes. Now I deeply respect him and may actually start watching his content!
I wasn't aware that Dan had anxiety about meeting new people, but I can totally get why it's stressful. I have the same issue IRL but not online. Some people just have it to different degrees. But I really do appreciate Dan being real with us now that we're older. It brings him back down to such a human level where it feels like he's just our friend rather than an entertainer and it kinda helps me realize that even someone with 30 Million subscribers can have their own fears and discomforts. Great on Dan for being transparent!
DanTDM is literally the first reason why I'm addicted to QSMP now 😅 like without him I would never known about QSMP , I was so excited when he announced he'll join QSMP and fell in love with others members while watching his first QSMP livestream. Then after that he became inactive that I eventually went to watch other qsmp members, and now here I am, still addicted to qsmp 😅 I'm still really sad when they announced it on the 1st day of purgatory that he permanent left (canonically dead) the server but I'm still glad he joined it and met other communities in a short time, plus we saw him being a dad with trumpet even in just a dayyy. It is okay dannn thank uuu ❤

Ignore this; just a ramble I think that I've grown out of DSMP, It was there for me and my worst years and it doesn't really interest me anymore, I've moved on to greener pastures; I've grown up. I will miss all my favorite creators that are quitting or have stopped uploading, they had such great impact on my life.

If dan doesnt feel like making content weather its because hes afraid or doesnt want to then its fine, id rather watch dan at his best rather than him faking his content, we had a problem with that before with many youtubers and there channels have died, so dan making the content he wants in benefical to both his and our entertainment as well as to his channel
Hey dan! On the slim slim chance ur seeing this comment, i just want you to know i really appreciate your content! I've been watching ever since i was 5 (im 13 now) and your videos really inspire me and i hope to be as big as you someday. A few weeks ago one of my best friend died and i fell into a really deep state of depression (which i think is understandable) and your old and new videos really helped me recover even the slightest bit and even made me laugh which i never thought i'd do for atleast a few months. I just wanted to say i appreciate your content more than you could ever think and i am so thankful that you are one of the youtubers who raised me! Thank you so much and keep being great!

I hope you’re doing a lot better now, it makes me so sad to see kids with severe depression, they don’t need to carry that burden so young. Oh, and a tip - you might not want to put your age in there, just say you’re a young fan or something

I think that I've grown out of DSMP, It was there for me and my worst years and it doesn't really interest me anymore, I've moved on to greener pastures; I've grown up. I will miss all my favorite creators that are quitting or have stopped uploading, they had such great impact on my life.
