If you time your E nicely for harvesting with knives, you can basically do it twice as fast!

I did some testing earlier today. Seem to be able to get by with 5 hours of sleep. I have one guy that gets tired faster, and 5 might have just been short of what he needed. Everyone else was getting plenty. I like how you split the work day up with an hour of leisure, but I found 3 total to be enough. I end up with two 8 hour work shifts with a Leisure in the middle and one at each end. I was able to setup 3 schedules where 2 of them are always working while one is sleeping, and slightly staggered so that none of the schedules take breaks at the same time.
yeah i figured we can push them so work harder especially if you have plenty of good food and housing points around. i might do a run were its a labor camp but this one is a bit more chill

getting farm started early and cooking food in the cook house makes it much easier to make this a reality. and with the hot fix even more
I wish it gave descriptions on how too fix stuff I mean my villagers are unhappy with there work schedule but they are working 8 hrs that's it and have anxiety and I get it too go away no matter what I do its stupid it makes believe the devs are super lazy
they will always have issues with work. (lets be honest most people dont like work) what helps is giving them positives to counter the negatives. as far as anxiety that has to do with defenses around there homes or work buildings. this is easy to fix by covering buildings with patrol markers or having them near defensive structures
The food hording is such a tideious thing I will not play till something is done. Waste time chasing nonsense
it can get pretty frustrating. especially when they are sitting on a bunch of raw ingredients that go to waste. you do get to a point though where it stops mattering and them hoarding food is good because you get compost for plants. but it does need a fix for sure
I was looking for guide and found this, but then was very dissapointed to find that this seems to just be a letsplay and not a guide at all despite being labelled as one :( Im not gonna watch a 44min for some info when theres more info in less time elsewhere too
Im sorry if you feel deceived. my title does have lets play in it as well. i like to go into detail when im recording things so it ends up guiding others. i have been looking into trying my hand at more shorts. currently have one that talks about making map markers you can give a go
