Was expecting worse, but having three Signifers really makes it easy.
Anyway, to unlock this fight, you have to first find "Aionios's Strongest" discussion in the City and defeat the game's first four superbosses:
- Kilocorn Grandeps (Fornis Region - Northwest of Saffronia Tree Landmark)
- Perilwing Ryuho (Aetia Region - Cooley Lake Area [Only through Upper Aetia])
- Dreadwyrm Nizoont (Pentales Region - Caves of Oblivion in Lower Maktha Wildwood)
- Levialord Empireo (Cadensia Region - Southeast side of the Erythia Sea)
Difficulty: Normal

* has aspects of a titan
* has aspects of the bionis
It's the Titonis.
I think Apex BioTitan sounds better
i was thinking more telethia than bionis
I love how this is technically the first time we got a fully voice acted superboss... that caught me off guard but considering 2's going out of their way to animate it... maybe it was a test for the developers or something
Pro tip. Get Ethel to lvl 15 to get her 2nd skill. Equip it with Noah with the Lucky Seven Talent Art. You’ll get an instant Lucky Seven arts at the beginning of any battle.
level 20. level 15 just gives you 90% of it, while 20 gives you 100%
Also equip Noah with the Hero Pauldrons accessory if you get one, it will increase the smash damage in the final lucky seven talent art
Yup, I already do this and that's how I melt thru all fights!
@@hotbreaded what's the name of the Soul hack Art/Skill I'm sure I have it by now, I just want to make sure I upgrade it.

For anyone who has 4/5 of the topics for Aionios Strongest, specifically from killing bosses and not talking, and can’t seem to find the talk point in the city that everyone is talking about, save and close your game and then re-open it. All the city talk points will show up after that! Hope this helps someone else save multiple hours of looking for the answer.
You’re a lifesaver, thank you so much. I was going insane after scouring the City for it and nothing showing up, even worse I had 3 unfinished discussions and couldn’t find any of them. Reloaded and turns out they were all right next to each other 😑
I'm not seeing any yellow spots in the city to unlock this final 5/5 info, i have resetted my Switch console, but nothing helps. I'm on chapter 6 and i do have some hero quest in the city, maybe i need to finish it first in order to get last info.
the chat is near elevator, a group of 3 or 4 person
I actually have only the city one what do u have to do for the 4 others?
THANKS BRO
I just love how this monster introduces itself. A nice "hello" followed up by sizing you up and than going to town on your sorry butt.
Looks like Azurda but at the same time it doesn't. So we're just killing the last remaining titans now are we? Damn
Its like killing the telethia in X
@@anther3502 ehh gave me more of that super dragon in Future Connected vibes
I don't think it's a Titan. While it certainly looks Titan-esque, it lacks a core crystal on its chest to indicate it as such.
@@bootsnhopscotch It's the real Aionios.
@@bootsnhopscotch core crystals can be on any part of the body
Given that it has its own opening cutscene and its own unique battle theme, this may indicate one of two things, each pertaining to the future of Xenoblade in different ways. I can't confirm these to be true, but if either is correct then I'll be happy.
1) All Lv.120 superbosses in the Xenoblade series from here on out will have their own unique cutscene and battle theme to separate them from the other unique monsters or even the other superbosses.
2) Seraphic Ceratinia is somehow tied to the lore of Xenoblade. Whether or not it's a teaser for the upcoming DLC or a teaser for whatever Monolith Soft has in store for the next Xenoblade game is yet to be known or even confirmed.
I would enjoy the second option more than the first, but either's fine with me. Maybe we'll get both options, maybe neither; I'm still excited to see where the Xenoblade series goes from here regardless.
Who else wants to give Fiona the biggest hug after doing her quest.
Lucky Seven makes Noah so broken jesus
8:43 I’m still calling it the *Xenoblade* ! 9:17
cutscene starts at 2:47
Can't wait for this thing to be level 300 in challenge mode
Then we get 400 in challenge mode! :D
Cool boss. Nice that there was a reason to get super powered up to fight it.
Hey what button are you pressing to make that interlink menu come up, the one with the pictures of the characters in the orange circle
There's an interlink setting in the game's settings.
It gets stronger each time you successfully battle it.
Well, that's for when you pick "Challenge". Otherwise, the "Retry" option just lets you fight the original lv.120 boss.
Noah was right. Lucky seven IS too strong. Good lord.
If our Noah was truly evil he could probably completely wipe out colonies all oun his own with that sword.
Stuff like this makes me hope there’s a Monster Hunter X Xenoblade Chronicles 3 crossover.
God i'm glad i'm not the only one
@@dh13 A very good point indeed.
I want a Monado greatsword, lucky seven long sword, and a zephyr dual blades
Imagine if the final superboss used to be Turturs
Wait what buttons do you press to show all your party members interlink levels and how do you make your characters dash?
The ingame settings has the interlink option to change.
The quick move (dash) can be done by pressing the right stick like a button.
I'm so proud that I got to beat all superbosses (except the ardun) with a random party! I didn't have any strategies in mind. I didn't also use interlink. I only did chain attacks for the burst combo. I didn't reach 1m damage on chain attacks and cancelled when I didn't get any combo.
I was like, "Oh hey I beat this one! How about the next one?" Until I got em all.
i find it interesting that the more you challenge it the more it seems to "grow"? i just really like the fact that the level 120 version is like a baby and it hasnt even reached it's full power
I see it more as it getting more and more pissed every time it gets defeated. And so it gets stronger the angrier it gets.
damn can't wait to die the first time fighting this thing
4:24 nice
how did you get that interlink menu up at 6:45? i’ve never seen that before :O
In the game's settings, there's an option that allows you to interlink fully manually and not a simple button press and letting the AI interlink whenever they want.
@@Linkmstr oh my god YEEES it was so frustrating watching the AI interlink whenever they wanted

i have already done the discussion point and the boss won't appear, happen to anyone else?
When I got to this point I was kinda hoping it was gonna be some iteration of telethia the endbringer but this cool too.
it looks like a young or pre-evolved Yggralith to me
(from its posture, wings, overall dragon-like appearance and Monolith's choice of music)
Wow, the signifier class can be pretty useful, huh? Makes me want to try this setup once I’ve reached the post game and have this super-boss as a fight. I’m curious if this same setup will work for hard mode. Only one way to find out!
You can stack lots of buffs in a single round of combat. Yeah, probably the most broken class in the game.
I tested it on Taion along with the right setups & master skills and believe me... it makes hard mode like easy mode in certain scenarios.
Nice music. I feel sorry for the fella after farming him for all the gems and classes, bounding him repeatedly. Made my grind easier getting the coins.
This boss took me a bunch of tries. It probably didn't help that I had Lanz on Soulhacker due to me not realizing Soul Hack was the Master Skill for that class. I also had Mio on Troubadour for most of my attempts, but I switched her to Lifesage on my final one, and I think that made a huge different.
How did you keep your lucky seven coming up time and time again? I just killed this guy a few minutes ago pretty easily but only had 2 lucky sevens.
He only activated it once. He then triggered Interlink which paused the timer for Lucky Seven, after that went into a chain attack with it still active, allowing him to use it's arts.
How do I get the 8:05 outbursts menu?
Superlative
4/5 atm on this quest and no idea on how to fix it despite i already clapped all 5 and cant do the quest to the 6th any help?
did you get the intel from the guy at the city yet? that might be what you're missing i dont remember the exact location he was at in the city though sadly
You can tell me the composition of your team? Thanks
The only way I managed to win was by doing everything I could to stay alive toll the chain attack gauge was full. Even then I still needed two chain attacks to kill it on hard. I'm still not sure I'm ready for the harder versions yet.
Not counting cheese strats of course.
You were practically healing him
what is the UI you keep pulling up that seems to relate to everyone's ouroboros (the one with their portraits).
100 hours and I don't remember seeing that at all yet lmao.
It's in the game's settings.
so their new area after city was gone wtf lol
Looks like some legendary Fire Emblem dragon to me
This is absolutely a minor Titan
Or a yggralith from X
Don’t Yggs have 6 legs? Also it’s colorful, not monochrome.
My team cosist of
Noah Fiery Fencer with talent art 100% so you can unlock lucky seven from the get go
Mio cheerleader class , buff buff buff
Eunie heavy tanker class
Taion - ashera class
Lanz - monica class
Sena - lifesaber class Heal Heal Attack
Melia - her chain s attack skill really useful
garbage team
Stupid question but where do I get all these info bubbles about this fight? Lol I ask for 2 reasons
1. I couldn't find the rest of em my game glitched and wouldn't give them to me
2. I totally forgot about collecting the rest of em and I've been wanting to get all ascension quests done for my heros and I also want to fully max out my ouroboros and get my weapons fully upgraded. So I returned and forgot where all info bubbles were
1. It is possible that it was glitched. There's a comment that said to save and close your game and then re-open it for the info bubbles to show up.
2. As stated in 1, the info bubbles are in the City.
@@Linkmstr great thank you!! Much appreciated. It's been awhile since I played so I forgot and when I came back I was focused on other things that I wasn't in the city and had just forgotten completely and didn't know where they were again
If you want to use lucky 7, better to equip 100% talent art skill..
Capable hands baybee
Normal mode? I'm guessing based off of chain attack ratios
I actually beat this guy on my first try. By that point I had maxed out everyone’s classes and I used a strategy from the internet that had Noah as Soulhacker.
Wait how do you do that menu at 6:46 am I dumb LOL
In the game's settings, there's an option to let the AI interlink whenever they want or for you do it manually.
Ahhh thx man
My team was Noa (Ethel), Mio (Miyabi), Lanz (Lanz), Taion (Isurd), Eunie (Ashera), Sena (Gondor) and Nia. Easy battle with this team without lucky seven.
Is that the Monado that Noha is using?
yep
You can unlock it by scanning the Shulk amiibo (Smash Bros.)
Only shows up in the Swordfighter class.
@@Linkmstr you can also get it when beating the game
cool. now beat it at level 200
How strong are the better weapon forms? and can you give me a place where i can easy lvl up to lvl 99
I grinded in a linear area in Maktha Wildwood L with high level 90 enemies and a unique monster that I’m pretty sure was over level 100
Just go to any cave.
In the final area warp to tower 1 and level down to at least 5 levels below 70.
There’s 2 level 70-71 elite monsters next to each other. Either equip Flash Fencer or the Capable Hands master skill (with a different Attacker class) on Noah to let him instantly draw lucky 7 at the beginning of the battle and keep using Tachyon Slash until the Doom effect (instakill) defeats them instantly.
On the next regular monster draw your weapons then hold down minus to give up and warp you to the landmark right next to the first elite monster so they spawn immediately. Rinse and repeat, also works for efficient CP grinding. Expect about 10k xp for each monster defeated in mere seconds lmao
this boss reminds me of yiazmat
How do you dodge???
Quick Move:
"Press the right stick to temporarily sheathe your Blade and rapidly move for a certain distance. You won't attack, but it has many useful applications, e.g. when an ally needs reviving." - In-Game Combat tips
Not exactly a dodge. Anyhoo, there might be some neat tips you missed out on in the game. ;)
@@Linkmstr I've always seen the party members do this from time to time but I didn't know how to actually do this. Thank you lol
how did u get the ultimate weapons wher do you go for this boss im so confoosled
It's unlocked via going through the msq in chapter 7.
in chapter 7, you must have recruited gray as a hero up some vines in the aetia region from earlier in the game in like chapter 3 after recruiting valdi and gaining the ability to climb then complete the quest "uniting the 7 nopon" which including mr samon, requires you to find 6 other nopon, 5 that you may have met on your travels, some secret, and some easy to find ones, concluding with an info that reveals the identity of the final 7th smith nopon to be....................
this quest unlocks after doing samons previous quest to upgrade the ship.
Then you must obtain every odd shard now renamed origin shards, in order to upgrade all of the characters weapons because each one takes a lot. This involves killing every unique monster in the game of which there is 144 of them (at least according to the combined arts and skills learning list from the soulhacker class) as well as finding a great handful of them just out in the open world.
This looks like its a part of some kind of quest though, otherwise without the quest or the camp info to talk about it wont spawn in swordmarch
@@meitomiyazaki9848 ok next question does the upgraded weapons transfer to newgame plus XD super lot of work it looks like but games fun so i might go for it
@@vampr20ranger I think they do kinda like shulks in xenoblade 1 but I’m not there yet so I’m probably not the best person to ask that

It's literally just called "the city" since it's the only one in the game, lmao.

Best strongest superboss design in the series. Unfortunately I felt the other superboss designs were lacking since they were just normal enemies enlarged and with a different colour scheme. This is the only superboss in the game that is completely unique design. I felt XC1 and 2 had completely unique looking superbosses.
None of 1's superbosses had unique models. They just looked like a regular slobos, mechon, bunnit, behemoth, and dragon with a big number over their heads. I think the only one in 2 that looked unique was the titan.
This boss wasn't as tough as anticipated. The giant Armu gave me more trouble than this boss. 3 healers, 3 defense, and 1 attack (Noah with Ethel Class). Killed it first try. Easy. Just spam Noah's Lucky 7 from the beginning to drop health down to 1/4. Finish with chain attack. Done.
A living titan? Titans grow into countries! This could've been Z's solution to their dying world, and it was living under the city the whole time, probably hidden under their stealth technology.
...Not saying the world should've been saved. It's just amazing how close Moebius might've been to an absolute win, if it weren't for M+Mio's switcheroo.
I just one-shot all those post-game bosses without farming any gem, including Ceratinia. This is disappoiting. I ran 3 healers, 2 tanks, 2 dps, all of them auto-equiped, except for a block/counter tank (Lanz) and an evade tank (Mio). And I was playing Noah with his starting class, with crit+cancel dmg+. I hope they add more, there's not even a need to farm for accuracy to hit a 120 boss, nor any specific resist.
yea i literally 1 Smashed this dude for 20Mil done......draw lucky 7 open. chain attack. FInoa extra orders. end on a Naoh LUcky 7 Smash 20 mil insta gibed. basically 100 to 0d...on hard mode. no gem farming either.
Even on hard mode?
Do the Level 200 version on hard, no Signifer, and no lucky seven
@@allingbrodniak8819 Adding custom restrictions will obviously make it very hard at some point. I wish the game was designed around some postgame progression, or at least some strategy, not just numbers against numbers. XC2 had a pretty decent tiering of gear and bosses.
@@scottcaligiuri5410 damage is capped at 10mil though
this boss was dissapointing.....it was like Zenith Cannon in X all over again. just 1 shot with 1 massive chain attack smash..

too easy, there's no challenge at all in the game.
Agreed
Do it on Level 200 hard mode without cheese strats (Lucky Seven, Signifer, etc.)
@Yusei255, that is my only complaint about the game but it is definitely difficult enough to last me a whole month.
