Many gangsters - that run criminal enterprise with members exceeding hundred are wide spread in India, Each gang involed in hundreds of killings rapes and robberies , but none of them getting killed in your police encounters. Example Nayeem - got killed by his gang members that committed all those murders are still walking free.
In America often FBI federal police without hesitation raid the homes and offices of criminal elected politicians but in India that never happens.
There lot more difference between upholding constitution of nation and working as an agent or hitman to caste or political group. 60 non judicial executions did not happen even in 200 years of British rule in India in one single province.60 killings in 5 years in 1 district looks like India is under Nazi occupation. enforcement official or a genocidal maniac.?
Primary problem here is failure of proper training and lack of proper police education
