    He spoke slowly . That way he controlled his stutter. It's a beautiful clear voice.

    Because he stuttered, he slowed and measured his speech to make sure his words, and paused when needed to let his mind catch up with his speech. This is how it was done.

    Is this the king that had difficulties with stuttering?
    If so it seems he concord that difficulty very well, he picked his words carefully and his deliver it and sometimes it seems like he is talking a little slow but I think in a lot of times that is more effective a way of getting appointed a crossed then some quick smooth delivery. President Biden also had difficulty with stuttering when he was young and I’ve seen similar characteristics in the way he speaks at times, carefully choosing words and maybe not spit it out all of what he saying is smooth quick delivery
