same, i opened 80 boxes and got all 5 new tanks plus all the lower tier tanks and all of the new 3d skins, minus 1... I may have been lucky.

Personally out of all of the tanks in these boxes, the Type 63 is probably the funniest one, as I've seen a lot of clips of people on the subreddit in platoons shooting from behind it by threading shots between that weird gap below the turret, effectively making whoever is behind it invulnerable to most dmg.

I bought less boxes this year than the past few, but I got all of the premiums in 80 boxes. I can see there being lots of Funny Moments from the low tier loot box filler tanks, I can't wait for you guys to make some vids with them. Thanks for all the new vids this week, it's like Christmas came early.

I live in Belgium where loot boxes are considered gambling. Since wot is pg 7, this means that it's prohibited, children can't ve exposed to gambling mechanics.

Spending money in world of tanks for war gaming is like increasing social credit in china
i really want more tanks that have that unreasonably high rate of fire and dpm with great gun handling but very low alpha damage, tanks like the E50 with the 8,8mm or even the kpz 07 rh (the zippy 200 alpha tier 8 german premium) I love those kinds of tanks but its so rare to see and id love to get a tier 9 premium variant or even just another tier 8 one just because i love the risk reward of having to really commit to get damage or out maneuver/track your opponent to get in damage

I played the ARMT much games, and I liked him. Yes, the reload of the magazine is quite to long (or 2.5 secs for intra-reload), but the gundepression is awesome and if u hit all 3 shots (beacuse of american "accuracy"), its ez to perfom a good match with a really bad dpm :D (if u compare with M10 TD or someting else)

the boxes seemed WAY better this year. I had all but one new vehicle in 80 boxes, and only bought the other 28 to finish it up. not bad at all

Spend some momey out of my first couple salarys on about 80 boxes, got all the new tanks, some twice, all the other premium tanks and around 100-150k gold. So yeah, wasted my luck for this year :D (also so far the TYPE-63 is my favorite)

I wonder what the breakeven point is for big boxes - which package you have to buy to get more for your cash than if you straight up bought gold?
I think the real benefits start to mass up once you have very big amounts of boxes top packages - like 200+, cause then on top of big discount you start to hit extra gold for the tanks you have already and then just the gold from the boxes becomes cheaper than if you bought normally, everything else is just a nice bonus on top.
WG need to add a t8 version of the bt-7 art. A fast tank with very derpy gun. Derpy tanks like the bt7 art or the churchhill 3 just seem better to play even when losing.

The cost of 240 boxes for one year of entertainment is pretty cheap if you think about it….especially if you play a lot. You’ll have enough gold and premium time to cover the whole year. If you’re new you get a bunch of prems. If you play once a month, pass.
240 boxes?? But that is hundreds of dollars?? I bought 28 and it cost me almost 60 dollars Canadian. Too much for a bunch of tier 5 tanks I will rarely if ever play. Yeah the gold is handy, but it all just seems so expensive to me.
@@RoberttAvro Its expensive but also a good deal. If I were to give wg any money at all xmas time would be it.
@RoberttAvro different senses of value, if this is your one hobby it's probably not that big of a deal. If this is one of many games you play spending several hundred dollars is not worth it though. Also depends on your income I guess as to whether it's worth it to you.
Bargain at 0.79 cents per day US is cheap entertainment. I set some aside each month and by the time December rolls around I am covered for another year of gold and a good chunk of premium.
@@RoberttAvro it is a bit expensive. That said if you play multiple times a week and depending on your income it may be worth it. Me? I have over 150 premium tanks. I don’t buy them anymore. I spend about $150-200 on the Xmas loot boxes and that’s all I spend all year. I have over 400 days of premium time as it is. I’m set. I may. Not even buy in this year. None of the tanks interest me tbh. So yeah, it’s up to the person to dictate what is a good value to them. I personally feel that this is the best value per dollar that WG offers all year long.

I live in Canada where the 12 box bundle is over 30 bucks and the 240 bundle is 400. Needless to say I will not be opening boxes this year, my kids deserve a good Christmas and the way things are these prices are just to ridiculous. Fun seeing others opening though, back seat gambling, all the fun, none the risk HAHA. (This is in no way me asking for anything or whatever, this is just the cold hard facts of the economic situation at the moment, sucks but just means you need to sort your priorities is all.)

I'm going to buy 240 and depending on how close i am to another tank, i might buy a couple more
11:20 maybe a glass cannon with about 750hp damage with HE(at t8 or 900 at t9) and decent pen, speed and accuracy but an insane aim time which feels the need to go closer or be insanely derpy and camo is meh(like a normal medium tank) maybe a TD class
Glass cannons are easy to deal with if they dont have a lot of camo to work with especially with current T8 derp meta like the Caliban and BZ or fast clips low pen i.e bourrasque and skoda

i got really lucky this year. I bought only 12 boxes and get Tiger-Maus, Type 63 and 3D skin for Cobra.

I bought only 28 boxes and got a Type 63 so I’m done. A bit sad that I didn’t get the XM, but I’m not willing to risk getting a tiger maus (and the financial devastation that comes from trying to get the XM)
