Fiverr still owes me THOUSANDS of dollars and won't respond

Fiverr still hasn't released the thousands of dollars that were in my account. I've tried contacting them multiple times and they haven't responded. If you feel lead, please contact them on Twitter.
Additionally, I'm worried that Epic Games pressured Fiverr into banning me, which is troubling that large corporations like the makers of Fortnite can ban you if they don't like your memes.

Honestly Fiverr just seems coward and pathetic. The only time when they act is when they see other websites ban someone or some controversy online that peer pressures them into doing the same. Have some self esteem, some pride and some loyalty. Take a stand already, don't wait around and do the same as all those big name corporations, because if you don't support and defend your own users nobody is gonna want to stay in Fiverr. And give the money back to this guy, way to get yourself bad publicity. They can't even answer his emails. Pathetic.
Well that's the problem when people start seeing a business as their friend or some even say family. It's just business. All they care about is profit. If they can put up a nice smiley face while doing it then great, but when the profit is endangered loyalties are gone.

One here. Dealing with bad buyers and customer service doesn't side or help their sellers. All they care about is the buyer's satisfaction. Goal of 2019 is to get work elsewhere than Fiverr.

He should, get a lawyer, sue fiverr for the money in the account plus legal fees, and then just be done with them. I know Pete says he wants to know why he was banned, but the reality is, Fiverr only owes him the money, not a reason, and just moving on is better than trying to get back on their site. Speculation but its like Epic and Fiverr not wanting people to joke about credit cards and kids, because if some kid does take it seriously, its a huge issue, so they'd rather have Pete gone than saying what he was paid to say.
Terms of Service can be tricky to maneuver out of. Large companies (hopefully) spend hefty sums to make sure their legal documents are bulletproof in terms of loopholes or technicalities, and they are definitely skewed in the company's favor. It's a bad relationship, because it boils down to: " sign this or you can't use this platform at all." It covers their asses very well, and it ensures that anyone who legitimately uses their platform is held under that omnipotent document that vaguely describes the company's all-reaching, god-given powers.
@VoiceoverPete Perhaps the FUPA Fund set up by H3H3 Could be of help? They've run into similar trouble in the past. I haven't heard much about it since they had their lawsuit, but perhaps it could be of some use to reach out to them, possibly a collab on their podcast?

honestly, Fiverr should act like a responsible company and community. If it happens to the wrong person, they could obtain a lawsuit, which would not be good on their part.
