- In this film, we took a little rainy trip to our favourite bottle dump. As usual, we were not disappointed but we did get very very wet! I found one of my favourite finds ever! Come and join us in the rainy dump and see what I found...
This video was recorded before the 5th of November when the U.K went into its second lockdown.

What a lovely little adventure, even if the rain made you feel a bit bedraggled, you still managed to find some delightful things. Just to be able to watch your fun always lifts my spirits. It is a cold blustery day here today, with no dumps to look for treasure in like yours, but I can see the treasure's you've found and it always makes me smile. Thank you for the fun and hope you stay healthy. I'm looking forward to your creative adventures and you newly made craft space. Hubby's can be such a handy lot, mine helped me move a freezer full of food this morning. It's a good thing it was on casters. I've been wanting it moved to a better location in the mud room, and we finally managed it. I hope you all have a lovely day.

Something very magical and was speaking to my inner child watching this video! This is exactly what I dream about doing or being! Don't melt in the rain, Sweet Ladies. : ) The rain will expose more Beeeaads! .Love that blue (Boston Terrier type) dog and the dog being glass, you can clear coat it with clear nail polish, bringing out the color better, without danger of compromising it's integrity. Now you both found an armless, legless, headless lead soldier. Beautiful, bubbly ink well and the most perfect mudlarker's leg. Loved this rainy mudlark ! Happy crafting, Kit and Kate. : )

I wish we could go back to grocery shelves lined with tins and glass bottles with beautiful labels such as the ones you find. In a hundred years if there are still mudlarkers, all of these wonderful finds will be buried under layers of our ugly plastic, electronics and styrofoam and they will shake their heads in disbelief at how we spoiled the environment. I shall enjoy every moment of all the current mudlarking finds you dig up!
We visited somewhere awhile ago where the rubbish was really sad. We may show it at some point... :(

I so enjoy your videos and your artistry! So beautiful and soothing. The little paint box would be beautiful as a tiny nesting box for a toy chicken with a bit of dried moss or grass for the nesting material. The handle from the broken spoon or fork would make a nice paddle for one of your dolls. You could make a little boating scene and have them paddling along. So much fun! I look as forward to your crafting videos as I do your finding videos. Thank you for sharing your moments with us!

What a great dump! Wish we had something like that here in the states!! At least in the desert where I live anyway. I remember when I was younger that I use to go exploring and would find places where people just dumped their trash and find such wonderful things! My Mother hated it! Then I went to collecting rocks and crystals, which has never ended, I still go out and collect rocks, my yard is full of very interesting stones from all over. Would love to find another random dumping ground!! Love the cobalt blue items! I have a collection of them also.....my favorites! Lovely video girls! Can’t wait for the next!! ❤️❤️❤️

The apples in that orchard at the dump look absolutely delicious! Makes me want to make an apple pie. Too bad I have a doctor's appointment. I will forget about baking by the time I get out of there. The doll bits especially the leg with a sock & shoe and the small cobalt bottle were so nice!
OMG we love the blue glass dog!!!! You found some great stuff. The ink is super with all its bubbles. It's funny how I said in our video, "is it a bead or is it a berry," and Kate said exactly the same, lol. Been out today and our hands are still tingling with nettle stings - worth it though xx

The rain probably helped those beads to stand out from dirt by making them clean and colorful. I have a frosted glass bulldog very similar to your blue dog. It was also missing it's eyes but when I replaced them with tiny rhinestones it felt like he was staring balefully at me!
Yes I am not sure if I should replace his eyes or not! :)

So many hedge apples you should make a pie or dehydrate them and harvest nettles and dehydrate them as well people will buy them and they don’t weigh much so shipping would be minimal I know I would buy them..... just ask for a dehydrator and someone on CZcams will buy you one just like the other mudlarkers they get what they ask for you could even get gloves so you don’t get stung please consider it at least 🙏🏻👍🏻💕great finds in the rain stay well

I still have a small blue frog I found in some gravel at the edge of a pond in Arkansas, US, when I was a little child in the 50's. it has always been one of my favorite treasures. He is missing the same toes as your dog

You can take the small pots and jars you find and make homemade candles. You could also take some of those small finds and hide them in the candle wax, like a little surprise. You could also put sea glass in the candles as well. You can sell them in your Etsy shop.
