- My old hair trimmer's batteries had failed for the second time since I bought it, twenty odd years ago. Here I show how I replaced them with off the shelf NimH AAA batteries. Simple, quick and easily done.

Nice ! It look simple the way you show it ! Thank you for sharing 😊
Thanks, I try to keep things simple, lots dropped in the edit though!
Yeah these trimmers are notorious for the batteries dying. I've had to replace some myself.
other interesting video, mr. Chas
Glad you enjoyed it :)
thanks. will try this myself, was thinking of buying a new pair but may just buy a soldering iron instead 😊
was they AA or AAA
subscribed also ty 👍
triple A it is then. watched again lol
AAA
Good luck, it's cheaper than replacing the trimmer.
Nice thank you Sir for your efforts I just wonder These duracell notoriously have much higher Mah rate than those original 600 mah how longer does it take to Charge it fully with original Babyliss adapter?
I just charge it overnight with the original adaptor and it keeps the charge for a month with use about three times a week.
Thanks ! is there any way to bypass the battery when you only use it plugged into a wall socket ?
Not without fitting some sort of power converter, the charger gives out more than the batteries do, so just bypassing them will put too much power into the motor,
