Digipet-60 Nixie Tube Frequency Meter Restoration

In this video, I restore an old Japanese made 'Digipet-60' frequency meter that uses nixie tubes for the display.
It was made by Takeda Riken (Now Advantest) in collaboration with Toyomura, here in Japan.
