Best Topwater Shark Fishing Ever!!

- In this episode of BlacktipH, I go fishing for sharks using topwater lures with my good buddy Capt. Glyn Austin from Going Coastal Charters. Glyn called me the day before and said that the blacktip sharks were everywhere! It was a cold December, so I knew it was the migratory school (5000+ sharks). At sunrise, the sharks started jumping everywhere; it was insane!! Literary on every cast, we had sharks chasing and trying to eat our topwater lures! This day was one of the best topwater fishing experiences of my life (it doesn't get any better)! We filmed some incredible drone footage of sharks chasing the poppers. This drone footage of the sharks attacking the topwater lures is truly original!!

My brother and I were surf fishing in north Volusia County December 30th and saw five or six sharks jumping just beyond the breakers. Cool to see the big ones get air and the smaller ones get even more. Great drone footage in this one. What a blast.

Amazing! Most people I've fished salt water with hate catching any kind of shark but I absolutely love catching these beasts. They put up some of my best fights. Even if my biggest shark was 4ft it still put up an amazing fight and still had enough fight in it to try and eat me while I had it in my hands. Awesome fish.
