Here i explained all the possible parameters that needs to be set for our goal and tried to explain the same.

How do check this panels are giving 100% output...?
No panel will give you 100% output, they have their efficiency level, you can prefer their user guide for more info..also it depends on the controller efficiency. As some losses present always.
If you want to check, then in a sunny day peak time ... simply you can check your inverter screen how much ampere current and voltage it's generating in below condition:
1. Make sure your inverter settings are proper as per your battery capacity connected.
2. Make sure your battery is charging in BLK mode, and loads you can disconnect.
3. Else if battery is fully charged (should be in FLT mode) how much loads (%) running without discharging your battery.
4. So by calculating your voltage and current output from display you can check the power you are getting from your setup roughly.

1.5 ton AC + Fridge + chote loads k lie aap 5KV ka inverter lagye, to iske sath 5000 watt ka panel or 4 battery (48v) use kar sakte he.
Par better ye hoga, aap jab connection karenge to technician se jarur consult kare apke exact load k bare me.

Yes, 24v panel laga sakte ho uspe, par 1000w k andar rahna chaiye. Or VOC 45 maximum honi chahiye. Usse jyada nhi, ye model k lie.

12volt PWM inverter k lie, ap 12v k panel lagaye supported (Voc) k hisab se, nhi to agar ap 24volt panel lagana chate he to fir apko ek MPPT charge controller alag se lagana padega ye EGP1100/12v inverter k sath.
Kyun ki PWM or MPPT alag alag principle se kam karte he, jaha MPPT se ap jyada voltage ki panel ko laga sakte he, par PWM k sath nhi. PWM me 12v inverter k sath 12 volt panel, 24volt inverter k sath 24v panel ko lagana chahiye.

Welcome, yes you can apply the same. One change only, as yours is 160Ah so keep the SPV charging settings to 16Amp instead of 20.

The inverter works only when it gets a proper voltage range as input. If it's lower than the standard or working voltage range of your machine then machine might not work properly.

My inverter model EGP 1800, I've connected 260W ,30V solar panels 4 nos in parallel. 2 lead acid (12V ) connected in series. Seller advised to keep default settings, but it doesn't charge with solar
It should work, may be some technical issue with connection to the system. Please contact the dealer and their technician to rectify it. Else as you connected 2 batteries in series its a 24v system now, so i doubt you are getting proper voltage output from the solar connection (parallel). You can try with series connection for each 2 panel and take parallel connection from 2 series connection.
I too have same inverter but I have a question.. when battery is charging on solar panels will battery icon moves up like mobile phone does?
Mera inverter battery cells nahe move hote hain leking jab main power pe charge karta hu tu battery cells move hote hain.. I think it's fault but please guide what happens in your one. My inverter is on hybride mode

1. Yes the battery icon shows the cells moving during charge whether charging is ON from any source. This is irrespective of MODES also.
2. For me I checked in all the modes it is same, no issue. Agar apka show nhi kar raha he to ye issue ho sakta he
3. Aap check karo baki modes me (SMT/PCU) me wahi problem he ki nhi. Agar he to aap customer service pe issue register kar sakte he.
@@techncheck2099 Ji, 6 months pehly solar pe charge karna band kiya tha, maine complaint b k lekin koiye fix karna nahya. Then i contact retailer he send some one here before 3 days and he fix and said inside inverter connection loose tha. But bettery charge nahe hote hain solar pe mu j b lagta hain lekin baki sab dekha raha hain lik amp and vot but charging nahe dekha raha hain
To fir circuit board ka issue ho sakta he Inverter me, wo card ko relpace karne se thik hojaega. Try to register a new complaint.

24v panel ko app laga sakte he 12v Inverter pe. MPPT inverter se hi ap 24v panel ko lagaye.
Par apki jo Eastman ka 1100 model he, wo sayed PWM type inverter he. To usse aap na lageye.
I am also having the same mppt with 160w 2nos panel and 150 mah battery...
In this my battery is not charging in solar....
When I ask service man ..he said it will charge only when you get above 40v...
But I am always getting around 20v...
What is the problem...

Please raise a complaint for your system.
Possible issues:
1. There may be issue with the control panel of inverter
2. There may be wrong connection with inverter, as your battery is not charging from solar.
3. It starts charging when voltage is more then 15v (make sure it also getting ampere current), as per you it's getting 20v means it should work
4. Try it by connecting solar panels in series. (Ask your service man to check it.)

Hello Prabhu, I am not sure what are the ratings you are connected with for solar power system, but if you have a single battery solar system you should avoide connecting refrigerator.

Maximum upto 1000w ka load capacity he. MPPT machine he islie 24v panel ko b support karta he.
Ampere output apke panel k upar depand karta he, maximum voltage from panel support is 45v in total.

This Inverter is capable of running this 600w load, but it depends from where you want to run this, from solar directly or from grid supply. I am not sure if your system is connected with 1kw solar panel.
Agar apka load solar se chalega to chal sakta he agar solar energy sufficient he, or uske sath apka battery bank v, to fir kuch time k lie chal sakta he ek sath. Washing machine ko jyada der na chalaye agar solar se he to, kyu ki iska current drawing capacity chalte wakt bahat jyada vary karta he, or starting me bht jyada power consume karta he.Baki loads ko ye aram se chala sakta he.
