ngl but i acc agree with you! hypersexuality even more so its focus in hollywood movies in recent times has by and large made me put off hollywood movies and i've acc made the switch from hollywood to bollywood movies bc of that and learn to embrace those movies a lot more. i genuinely am glad i made this switch bc idk what it is but the hypersexuality seen in hollywood movies is just way too much it kind of ruins the flow of the movie you know? and it makes these movies cheap buy ins bc sex sells, what i've noticed is that bc bollywood has strict censorship laws they have to work around the sex aspect cleverly and it's why i've kind of made the switch bc these movies can be enjoyable watches bc of that as well bc there's a lot of work to work around that but yh that's honestly just my two cents on it another great video as always.

interesting perspective, its also interesting how different regulations in different countries affect the decisions made by filmmakers. I've always appreciated that bollywood could touch on love and romance without being oversexual, mainstream bollywood films never using reenactment to convey what they mean. Thank you for watching!

it's all good hope the success with the channel keeps on growing and i 100% believe it is true, bollywood has been able to do this since the inception of its film industry and yet they've still managed to draw out some real classics without any sexual scenes or too much over doing it on the hypersexuality of things it's why i can appreciate them a lot more in comparison to modern day hollywood watches also it means that at least you can watch these movies with family unlike hollywood ones. it's also quite interesting bc hollywood used to have the same restrictions passed on them with the hays code and whatever you say about that code i will admit i do like the creativity and cleverness the directors would go about to try and bypass the law it was clever and required thought and i really wish in hollywood there isn't any restriction as i respect the creators choice but i just wish creators and directors did subtle overt ways to bypass the hypersexuality instead of just showing it, anyways those were just my thoughts a great video as always! @@sarahshhb

@@ogome2927loved hearing your opinions as always, I never knew about the Hays code, gotta do some research now💻thank u for the support!

yh it's all good and yh the hays code was something which hollywood put in place because the moderators didn't like what hollywood was producing at the time which was overtly sexual stuff and miscegenation, there were some good things about the code but a lot of it was bad like the complete ban kind of miscegenation and kind of preventing minorities from having an impact in the industry but there was some good such as the sexual tones being toned down at least which may have restricted the freedom creators had but at least it allowed creators to think in alternative ways but sadly bc of the lack of laws back then it meant sadly a lot of actresses got abused or forced into things they didn't want to do, at least actors and actresses have that thing in place you mentioned in the video which takes into account their feelings during sex scenes so that's good at least but yh hope that breakdown helped! @@sarahshhb

sex does sell, which forced great film makers like ram gopal verma(he works in bollywood) to switch from making films with some substance in it(he has made many great critically acclaimed films, i would recommend the movie "satya"), to making b-grade films with minimal plot and storyline and using sex scenes as the selling point. he exploited the grey area between sex scenes in movies and porn which cleverly escapes the censorship laws, even in india where the censorship is heavy. and he keeps doing it coz it sells!!! great vid btw :)
