Funny you should mention the octopus. We had what Turks call octopus salad last night, which is essentially chunks served in oil and lemon with capers and black peppercorns. Yummy.

There are so many good street food spots and really nice restaurants! Also a lot of museums if that's your thing. :)

Is it just me or is that fork bigger than the regular ones? Lol
Why do you guys travel the world but won't come to the south coast?!? I have never seen a single person in my life make sushi with the fish in the gulf. Please come to the south and change the seafood culture. I have been inspired by your sushi but don't have the guts to try gulf fish raw. I would if I saw you do it. Texas, louisiana, florida are all great fisheries. Same fish, but all very different to fish. Any which one you choose you won't regret. Don't think this will ever happen but if you ever visit texas i'll put you on the fish. We don't have tide pools but we do have oyster fields, instead of cockles we have the big southern quahogs, and we got blue crabs. Not many people eat the quahogs but would love to see how you would prepare one. It's kind of lame when I go to a sushi restaurant and all they serve is fish from distant seas.

When i was a teenager, i thought why do we celebrate Cinco De Mayo, maybe alot of culture that lives here? I knew it was a dumb Americans excuse for a party, at least the restaurants benefit. Sometimes I'm embarrassed to be a white freaking American.😂 Thanks Guy's
