    In my experience there is no need to shorten the auto-turn off time for avoiding tv burn in with a stuck image: the "fireworks" screensaver will auto start after a few minutes of stuck image.

    Hi Paul, thanks for your great video, I just on the middle of honeymoon with my new C2 48" just arrived a week ago and I have followed your suggestion to keep it on good shape. Nevertheless, I found some bugs when I use my Alexa Echo dot 4°gen giving order to the TV, for example, sometimes when Alexa turn on the TV, there is no image or when Alexa changes volume or open an application it indeed is opened but without any sound although I keep jump thru applications. I must turn off/on to get volume again. I have seen these problems only when I use Alexa for giving an order, on the other hand, when I connect my AV Yamaha 7.1 or my PS5 it works flowless and have not seen these errors only with Alexa voice control. Have you heard about these Alexa bugs by other users or how to solve them out or shall I send back the TV in garantee and get a new one? Thank you!

    Does the Energy Saving Auto mode adjust the OLED Pixel Brightness according to the room’s ambient light, or does it simply just dim the display as much as it can within a bright or dark environment to save energy? I like having my brightness adjusted in different ambient lighting environments so I have AI Brightness turned on, but i’m not sure if I should have this setting on also, can you give any advice here?

      No you’re meant to take it off as leaving it on will build heat.

    Hey Paul question! I’ve seen some videos about changing your console game mode to pc mode in the LG Oled C1. Supposedly this is more accurate in order to get better gameplay. Is this actually accurate? I thought game mode was specifically for consoles?! What are your thoughts on this and what do you recommend me putting my gameplay mode when it comes to playing on my Xbox Series X? PC or game input mode?

    • @soniccinos
      @soniccinos Před 2 lety +1

      I also heard that. But you set to PC mode by changing the input type, it's a different setting. You can change the input to PC AND also use Game Mode.

    • @Juniorgalle21
      @Juniorgalle21 Před 2 lety +2

      @@soniccinos oh yes the input type mode, I forgot to mention that. Thanks for that 👍🏽 What do you recommend?

    • @playcloudpluspc
      @playcloudpluspc Před 2 lety +1

      @@Juniorgalle21 I'd just leave it in console mode and limited RGB, that's what the console has been designed for which is why it's recommended in the XBOX settings. You'd have to set the console to full RGB and the TV to PC mode to be outputting colour as you would on a PC but this could cause compatibility issues on a console and things may look wrong in certain cases (also, it's crucial that console and TV match i.e. limited RGB + console mode or full RGB + PC mode). There won't be any real difference in gaming image quality with the default settings and so PC mode will not gain you anything, just potential problems. I also don't believe there is any input lag advantage either, correct me if I'm wrong. Your console should switch the TV into game mode regardless of whether the TV is in PC mode or not.

    I have a LG 65CX. I forgot to remove the protective plastic behind the TV. After a month of regular use horizontal withe lines appeared. Likely LG replace the panel for free. The technician said that the problem was probably due to the protective plastic. Greetings from Germany
