India is lucky to have such a beautiful fort.....our country is so rich and self determined in every field that whether it is architecture or culture we don't need to even peep towards western culture

Sorry i want to ask... did people used to build city or town inside the fort?
It seems to me that the fort is very large and had a lot of empty spaces, so i assume people also build settlement inside of it
Btw thanks for uploading this beautyful documentary 🙏

Yes of course. A fort is a city with critical infrastructure. Most housings were probably wooden or brick based. Agriculture used to happen on the fields but people used to stay inside the fort. Also during war, people were lodged inside the fort.

It's GWALIOR not Gwaliar, please double check the spelling.
being a national channel it's shameful not to know the proper names of the city
Also, the map shown is totally wrong, Gwalior is in the top center.
This why people never follow DD :( :/

Since it is a proper noun in English there is nothing wrong in spelling the name as either Gwalior or Gwaliar.
