Great work, giving back so much knowledge to the community. I've got an AX 100, probably the very first model year from 1982(not sure if it's not 1984). Will all these mods work the same way oj it as well. It's the Japanese model. Not sure if I should mess with the original parts.
@@NaughtyNut ohk. one of my friend from bhiwandi mumbai. He is also an rx and more Suzuki bikes enthusiasts. He is mechanicle-engineer. He have it's own rx and Suzuki bikes restoration center at bhiwandi. He told me that I should slice (resurface) 1/2mm block head to increase the compression of the bike. Result in initial quick pikup in rx100. So that's why I searching for it and how to do it. Your vedio help me lot. Keep going we want more 😃 💯👍

But the engine has some problems now so my 'garage wala' suggested that I rebuild the engine once and to re-bore the engine. Is it a good decision to do so..? Will it increase the power if i increase the bore size and use a bigger piston??

if there is play in the rod then yes. if there is no play in the crank but the piston shows a lot of carbon on the skirts and bottom then just re bore and new piston.
Sir i have changed my reed valve of my max100 to 3 petal but there is no much change in performance.... I haven't changed my carburetor or anything else ... What should i do
To get more power Port the bore and rebore it to .75mm,change the exhaust system get Shogun muffler n inbuilt it ,carve the reed valve next alter the clutch and finnally put 20mm carburettor

No need to make for rx. For rx you have to port the block.

Not really as it can’t breath well. Standard piston with the mods I described will produced more power than a factory bike with bigger piston.

Suzuki blocked 1/3th of the reed valve to increase the fuel efficiency do we need to shave that off???
Yes you do need to shave some off but make sure not to puncher the walls.
