"I'm life, I'm death, I gave everything but I take all. I'm savage Kingdom. " I love this statement ❤😂
oh yeah, it's beautiful!
Charles Dance gives his absolute best narrating all of the savage kingdom episodes. He's by far my favorite narrator!
Same here by far. He has a very unique style. Pausing at the perfect times and great voice
@@kieranhart5776He is not pausing. Your credit is misplaced. The credit for pausing and pacing goes to the sound editors.
Charles just sits in a booth and slowly reads aloud the script. This form of narration as you can hear, needs little-to-no changes in dynamics, no change in tone, volume or speed, and very little of his acting skills are shown. So he just sits there and slowly delivers the script. The editors do all the rest. Slow delivery allows ample room for them to cut and splice without snipping words or liased consonants into vowels. They then match up the voice-over to the visual for maximum effect.
Charles probably didn't have to watch ANY of the footage. He just sits there and slowly delivers in an easy monotone. Very little acting skills are required or displayed.
The script writers and director deserve the enormous vast majority of your praise. It's a very, very, very easy gig for Charles.
Your guys are off the chart Charles Dance is just an Actor ,The best of all narrator is David Attenborough true pro Number 1

same
That leopard is perfect With her ear just like it is. Such a Beautiful animal…
Savage kingdom is the best natgeo animal documentary I’ve ever seen
It's the best anyone has seen. There isn't a boring episode at all. This is perfection.
Indeed
Facts+Tax@@shedrackjassen913
Charles Dance is the best narrator there is! He's the backbone of salvage kingdom. Everything he says seems like that's what the animals really wants to say . 😅😅😅
1. The director - Brad Bestelink - deserves ENORMOUS praise, the LION'S SHARE.
2nd place goes definitely to the cameramen.
3rd place to the script writer.
4th to the editors, jointly visual and sound editors.
5th place to the outstanding music composers.
But then the director takes 6th, 7th and 8th place again as he has to synchronise EVERYTHING: all of these different contributions given to him by masters in their disciplines and weave it all into a GREAT storyline which aces every single aspect of production.
Saba is a dedicated and strong mother, Neo is a smart boy.❤
Savage Kingdom is addicting ❤! Best animal documentary I've seen! The narrator makes this show Ah-mazing!!!! Woohoo Nat Geo 🙌🏽💖 You're #1 for sure 😁!!!!
Lol you are cute
I would so marry you :)
these videos are just SO SO beautiful! I feel so privileged to be able to watch them.
one thing, I am just amazed at is how close the camera is able to get! INCREDIBLE.
I watch savage kingdom while eating. I take 15 minutes for breakfast, 20 minutes for Lunch & 30 minutes for dinner. So it'll take about 6 breakfsts, 5 lunches & 5 dinners to complete 🤭
It's worth it
those mama leopard's cubs were SO SO cute! I honestly cannot think of anything cuter.
Wish they'd bring this show back. Give us an update on all the characters.
You can bring back the show if you purchase a ticket to a pride or something along the lines of buying some male lions whose has strong blood line who will have a better chance of running his own pride. Hahahahahahahaha. We all have to wait for really rich folks to buy first so stories can be created.
Yea like do a spin off but with baboons or chimps or something
Ikr that would be awesome
The competition in African wildlife is at different level no other place comes close
So, it basically all the same storylines on repeat and still leaves me out of breath haha
National geographic you are the best of the best of all , I have been watching you for more than fifty years It is very educational to learn about the wildlife in Africa and all over the world.
*The wild pack of dogs can eat ah grown impala in the same amount of time it takes me to eat a burger combo 🐾😂*
Ah , but one small difference, the impala is much healthier to eat than your 'burger combo' - he he
@@philipsutton8921Te he he!
The narrator makes this show great
5 hours ?!! We are not worthy 😌😂
Charles Dance is awesome. He sounds like Jeremy Irons.
WOW!! This was so awesome It took me 3days to finish the 5 hour documentary me and my husband learned alot definetly watching More AMAZING!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Beautiful Leopard in its habitat.
DASS PHANTOM🐆
Saba's World 🌎
Absolutely amazing stories about the mother
Leopard and her son trying to survive .
Interesting 6 dogs beat hyenas but 6 lions couldn't 😳😳
i love how the first episode and the 4th episode go back around full to the start. where the leopard has the cubs in the den episode 1 and little girl wanders off to get eaten by- said lioness in episode 4. sad but i love how it goes back around. I t should have been the final episode in my opinion to just seal the show with the whole circle of life thing. beautifully done. Ive been raised on nature documentaries for as long as I can remember, and i would choose to watch them over any TV any day.
I don’t like how it goes back around. They should have just played it in chronological order
Sometimes I don't like that. Confusion distracts me.😅
I keep watching them over and over I love the entire series
Jaguars are known as the most professional hunters among the big cats
Love their names Saba n Torn Ears 👂 😍
Thank you to whomever made this happen these videos are AMAZING ❤❤
You’re welcome beautiful

Standing ovation from me 👏👏
the voiceover is adding more tension to the stories
Please Also Make 2-4 Mega Episodes.. ❤❤🎉🎉🎉
It will just be the same video just Narrated differently it’s annoying we need new footage
Thank you. I hope another season is to follow.
This series captures the beauty of wild-life. Watch this now, let's get this to 5k likes.
Blood and guts my kind of show
Loved the moment when malao fought bravely to hyenas and stranded them away from water hole❤
1:38:00
Please enable the subtitles in english 😚
amazing! closed captions please for those of us who are nearly deaf . Thanks!
Aww why did that lioness killed the leopard cub 😩😤🤬
Narrator is really good on this
I think this is fifth time I’m watching this doesn’t get old one of the best
Im a Leo and I love Lion's but to keep it a hunnid if Lepoards moved as a unit they would give any pride a run for their money those cat's are no joke they remind me of ninja's
They be scared of hyenas though
A leopard pride would run from a lion pride 🦁
Cheers. Very fascinating narrative. I have always been fascinated with the Leopard. A beautiful, elegant and ferocious cat. A predator that earns fear, respect and admiration in conduct and character.
❤ I JUST LOVE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL...THE NEXT BEST THING SINCE SLICE BREAD.❤
Those wild dogs are some of the most ruthless, they basically just start eating their prey alive.
One kick from that giraffe and that lion will never see tomorrow.
Charles Dance is a TREASURE 🥳
He's okay
sekikama
Intro never fails to give that kick
Well documented
NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC WILD IS 1 OF MY FAVORITE
CHANNELS. DOSEN'T
GENERALLY MATTER
WHAT IS ON
Some notes on the narration by Charles Dance.
People largely seem to be in awe of Mr. Dance's narration here. Your credit is somewhat misplaced.
Charles just sits in a booth and slowly reads aloud the script. This form of narration as you can hear, needs little-to-no changes in dynamics, no change in tone, volume or speed. It is his own natural voice and very little of his acting skills are required, if any. So he just sits there and slowly delivers the script. The editors do all the rest. Slow delivery allows ample room for them to cut and splice without snipping words or liased consonants into vowels. They then match up the voice-over to the visual for maximum effect.
People think that he has perfect pacing and knows when to pause and when to go on. Again this credit for pacing obviously goes to the sound editors as all editing these days is done non-linear.
Charles probably didn't have to watch ANY of the footage. He just sits there and slowly delivers in his own easy monotone. Very little acting skills are required or displayed.
The script writers and director deserve the enormous vast majority of your praise. It's a very, very, very easy gig for Charles, with respects to him.
To his credit, David Attenborough (and Jeremy Irons to a lesser degree) utilise more vocal dynamics, and it is in my opinion a much more interesting, varied delivery which is constantly engaging and keeps you in it.
However, Charles Dance may have been chosen by the director who may have preferred a more unrelenting pessimism and sterness which Dance's own natural voice suits well.
I personally find it too much after about 10 mins and it makes me more aware of the voice-over artist, and lesser engaged in the drama so well-compiled by the director.
Love this series and who ever is talking is awesome at it the voice suits the series....Is there going to be any new episodes to this series i hope so it's fantastic
1:37:53 The masters of chaos are definitely getting a taste of their own medicine!
The lion remains dominant in the animal world 🦁
Great video 👍❤️
Hey amazing all of these spices fighting for food and survival in the wild.
Charles Dance sounds like he could kick anyone's a** 😂
So excited for a new episode
Actually re-run....darn
I have watched many documentaries over the years, Charles Dance tops the list. Legit.
"IS SHE HURT, IS SHE EVEN ALIVE"? You made me just think about that classic seen. Not sure if it was Pefo or another leopard fam but she was out looking for food and the monkeys cornered her daughter up a tree. What came next? "She is shaken but alive. Nothing a mother's love can't sooth". ?
The fact I know many of the names is a bit strange. I know there's more but the leppard moms Sabo torn ear Pefo... the Cheetah shows are great also but but on youtube
Saba said let’s do dis😂😂😂😂
I would love to see a documentary about saba as a cub and her mother. Wonder if she had any surviving siblings, maybe torn ear is from saba's moms earlier litter or maybe she is her mom
Nice
Holy cow i love this lets goo!!!!
Have a nice day, thank you for your great videos
These are old episodes wheres the new ones
Annoying
I M watching this video 5hours because natural power is greatest 🔥
La persona que filmó esto merece todo el crédito. ¡Es el mejor video de ataque de animales que he encontrado!
Good evening my dear friends ❤️❤️👑👑 sekekama ❤❤❤❤

The narritor is great! I love those shows.
this is so majestic gorgeus and amazing
27:17 scene is heartbreaking!
It truly is.. 😢
Cubs are on alert..perfect🎉
Beautiful leopards ❤
I'm waiting for Seketi's return to challenge his father Sakakama for the throne. 🦁
Good luck waiting. The two lions you mentioned are long gone already. My guess would be that these lion prides, leopards, wild dogs, hyenas are from 2008-2012 eras. those 2 is long gone buddy. Lol.
Seketi ain’t coming back buddy
I guess somewhere far away Seketi livin the Hakunamata life with Pumba and Timon...lol
Game Of Thrones of the animal kingdom.😆I love it
SAVAGE KINGDOM HANDSDOWN!!!!!!!❤
Documentary like this can not exist🥰
Love you charles!😊❤😊
Thanks to the producer
Incredible!!
I want Charles dance to read me a bedtime story.
Excellent ! ! !
How are those fishes still alive being in mud? Didn’t know that was possible.
Didn’t Anybody Realise Game of Thrones Theme Sound There,Like The King in The North Sound Fam…
I like it now nice one like
Why do leopards only run? Makes them look weak.
amazing
most appropriate narrator !!!!!×
Shelton is Beautiful too
우리는 이 놀라운 생물들과 협력하는 법을 배워야 합니다.
Love watching animal ❤
1:22:20 two pups didn't go missing. The adults completely left them in the dust and ran off without them. Carelessness by the adults in the pack caused two puppies demise.
I don't think that's true, if it is how do you know and where does it show? I'm curious.
Dude, that's not true. He was teaching them to run, but they couldn't catch up and a lion got to them.😶
Excellent ❤❤❤
