I'd go for Bahamas gold ,while the green looks great aswell I think I would tire of it after awhile, best of luck wit project 👍
Powder blue, with teak decking and sand coloured tilt would look good. White steel wheels would also work.

Of course, just my thoughts and not my truck... But... In order of what I would do:
1 - Cairns Blue
2 - Lincoln green
3 - Baham Gold
I think the first two will look great with the look you are going for, with the leather interior, teak wood and sand/light khaki canvas covers. Personally, I can't see Bahama Gold looking good in any way. I really like the Cairns Blue and as you say, it is already a very uncommon colour to see on the road as it is. But... Lincoln Green (I don't even usually like green) I think will also look very good. Difficult decision as you say, big commitment to financially and time to the project. Good luck 😬

I’m a sucker for a green landy and I love that Lincoln green. However, the cairns blue is fairly rare and it’s really grown on me. I say stick with the blue, wood dash (defenderwood like Boris) and as already suggested my another, may be some teak decking?
I’m so torn!
The cost of those wooden dash boards are rediculous 😑😵
Monte Carlo blue, great colour from LR, really rare, turns heads everywhere
If money is not a consideration then I would go for a new colour, imagine the satisfaction of creating a ‘Zach Edition’ LR. Like a home grown twisted build! I don’t think matching numbers is a big concern. It is in the classic car world, but the LR scene is very different. Look at all the after market options and builders. I wouldn’t care - it would be the quality of the build that would concern me. Think the Cairns blue restricts your imagination slightly, if you have the budget - create that vision! I like either colour you shared. I would centre on the theme of the build and go for the one that matches it most closely. Good luck!

Lincoln green looks really smart and has a nice heritage colour.
I would go Keswick Green they look amazing and get unpainted silver galvanised body capping for it
British racing green would look fab....
3rd choice - keep the blue. It’s alright, nothing special in my book. But best value.
2nd choice - the green. Will look good - rather old skool English country.
1st choice - that bahama gold - with a sand coloured sort top it will be that beach buggy/desert adventurer look. Kind of a defender camel trophy.

Tip from another CZcamsr, your audio always peaks, I think it may be set too high in your rode mic or on your editing software.

There’s only one colour, never ever seen it on a Land Rover before but I sprayed my old Suzuki LJ80 in it….
Take a look at ‘Westminster Blue’, it’s a stunning deep blue verging on royal blue, all the old classic cars used to be sprayed this colour, I also had a soft top made in this colour so it matched, I went to a marine outfitter in Portsmouth to have it made.

If it’s a numbers-matching vehicle, I wouldn’t change the colour. But that’s just me. If you do change it though, the Bahama Gold is pretty nice!
Were it mine and I were to paint it, Tuscan Blue with a cream coloured top and matching interior and matching steel wheels. And bare galvanized capping 👌

In a similar position with a blue 110 about to respray. What kind of figures were you lookig at fir respray?
I've been quote £5k for a respray - that's with me doing some of the stripdown and a full colour change (excluding areas such as back of bulkhead and other tricky areas) Would be keen to hear if you've got any quotes to compare?
@@ScoutTheDefender I'll let you know! It's in the garage at the moment for various bits and have asked for a respray quote from their body shop.

Saying that, the green looks good as well but have the decals - looks good
