You can do it dawg! I don’t know where you’re at in your journey but keep pushing. Start by walking 30 minutes per day. Then start adding little things in like 20 jumping jacks, 10 squats. It just takes a few changes. Most importantly cut out the sugary snacks like cake, cookies, chips, soda. Eat more vegetables and chicken breast (if u eat chicken) being full is being full. Better full from real food than junk food. Drink plenty of water.
I love lifting weights but the trick is to build up your muscles not burn out your muscles. In other words don’t try to max out every time you workout. When I shadowbox I use 2 or 3b weights.
