I wondered what a 40ft container looks like size wise. I only have a 10ft currently and trying to eek out the space until a 20ft comes available. I don’t get too much of an issue with condensation, I think being there every other day, airing it whilst picking and sorting helps, possibly also being in the slightly warmer south helps too. I also have those moisture sucker up thingy’s dotted around. My issue is more the fact that I live on an island, abd my container is a few hundred feet away from the shore. We had 2 very very high tides a couple of weeks back - combined with gale force winds. I could have swum to my container. I got away quite lightly considering . Lost about 50 boxes that were on the floor though 😱shipping containers are not water tight!

Sheets of polystyrene Or tyvek would stop the dripping but the problem is fixing it to the steel ceiling without drilling into it.

You could ask the owner that he can store containers on top of yours for space this should stop it. Or stick insulation PIR boards to the top (if allowed)
