The Pentagon was running a top secret program to create a mid size universal soldier. The team "Doctors" took blood samples which were quickly shuttled over to the secret Pentagon lab.

@@BurninSpear769 You are correct about everything you said up to, "sometimes it's not about ability it's about who wants it more". I just looked at the pay again and again. Green actually came from the right side of the defense when Marcus came back and ran up the middle he cut back on Green and Green missed the tackle. To whiff on a tackle against someone running full speed in the opposite direction you are facing, turn 180 degrees and start chasing someone with good speed and already almost at top speed and you being at a dead stop is impossible to catch. I don't care if it was Usain Bolt. Even He would not have been able to catch Marcus in that same situation. Marcus had about 12 to 15 yard head start it was only 74 yds. Green would not beat Allen by 15yds in a 100yd dash. So Allen with a running 15yd head start is impossible for anyone to catch. Here is the clip of the run from the end zone. You can see Green reverse his field in the Sjkin's secondary when Allen reversed his. Allen cuts back on Green in the hole when Allen took it up the middle.
Again Green was not in a position to catch Allen. Fast forward to 2:14
