Yesterday I saw the movie. I loved the incredible performance of Meryl Streep: the Best Actress on Galaxy.
And we must be honest: like Ed Wood (considered the worst director in the history of cinema), Florence Foster Jenkins was considered the worst singer on earth: but both have been largely overcome. Beatiful movie and Meryl Streep is THE ACTRESS.

my Grandmother used to say, it's only funny if the person who you are laughing at is in on the joke. Otherwise, it's nothing more than absolute cruelty. Shame on all who don't really get what this tragic story is about and who continue to be so cruel by laughing at her to this day.
