The unfortunate thing about using the daylight is you can’t hear this kickass theme for very long.
The most profound thing of Outbreak Series was that, despite Thanatos being among the most powerful Tyrants in RE universe, it was taken down by a group of 4 (8 in canon) civilians, with only two of which had prior combat experiences. It was the true survival of the fittest in motion, A perfect juxtapositon between a man-made bioweapon and the lame imitation of life it created, against every single cells that survived five hundred thousand years of natural selection and combined into the perfect machine that is us mankind.
Despite being hand-tailored by the most brilliantly deranged minds to be the most virulent and adaptive virus, able to devour, assimilate and mutate every and any kind of lifeforms in the face of the planet, they were untested, both by time and adversaries. Not only their creations were too stupid to survive, evolved and propagate. And worse, they went up against the apex predator of this planet: humanity. a specie that drives countless lifeform to extinction. Once, the sabertooth cats preys on us, chases us to the top of the tree, we put their heads on the sharpen sticks then learn to use said sticks to hunt the largest land animals on the planet to extinction. Another time, the microbes in raw food tries to make us rot from the inside, so we made a fucking fire to kill them and eats their corpse. Not content with leaving the work half-assed, many thousand years later we invented Penicillin to eradicate them once and for all. Hell, we're so good at killing to the point that we are our own greatest threat. From the largest to the smallest, no other lifeform could stand against us.
In short, having the ultimate bioweapon beaten by a bunch of faceless bystanders is not stupid or ridiculous, it's perfectly logical. It was mankind giving a giant fuck you at the cellular level towards the virus, that against us, they are not worthy, that they are not prepared, that they need another million year to stand a chance.
Just like what Ahoy said in one of his Iconic Arms videos on Rocket Launcher: "The God gave us fire - but blowing stuffs up? That was our idea." That said, the intelligence makes the difference.

Had zero idea how to deal with this boss before. It turned into a long knife fight, racing against the clock with the virus guage almost complete.
Such a memorable game.

I LAUGHED WAY TOO HARD
I remember my first run through the last chapter, when I could not find the last part for the vaccine and me and my AI partner were hurt, out of ammo and on the verge of turning due to infection, kevin appeared with full health, empty grenade launcher and the missing ingredient. xD
The best part was, that I haven't seen him since the start of the chapter and believed he died off somwhere off screen a while ago.
That moment an older game had a better AI system than RE5. If Outbreak had RE5's ai, Kevin pretty would've been dead some where

giorgos fiamegos thananos was the name inspired for thanos actually if you read the conics thanos is obsessed with death something the shtty live action infinity war ad end game forgot. Death follows him like a shadow. Of you read the comics there more meaning to that then a cool quote.

Doesn't Thanatos have an attack where he grabs and shakes the character? I remember seeing a screenshot of it, but I could never make him do it when I played the game.

When they announced Resident Evil resistance I was honestly expecting something like this instead, survivors trying to get out of the many outbreak scenarios that happens in the games. (Africa, The Spanish island, ect.)

And fix the online gameplay. This particular Resident Evil series used to support multiplayer gameplay for more immersive games, but due to the limited technology at the time of this game's release, it was at last taken down. The PS2 console just couldn't handle it well enough not to lag.

LOL I didn't even know you could use that ampoule pistol at the end. No time to loot around when the Tyrant kick your ass during solo. I killed him with the regular firearms..

Also thanos is a whiny man obsessed with the living personification of death to the point he killed half the universe to gift her souls,but I doubt you'd know that cause just like the rest of my generation they are obsessed with garbage cashgrab movies

We need this game for PC because if The system for vídeo games became absolete, like PS2 became, Steam or Epic Store will still work.
I know we have emulator but this is not the same and for playing online is hard to set up, even with tutorial, everytime i try to do that, simple doesnt work.
