    Thanks again. Very much enjoy your way of explaining things! I do believe you have the spool holder the wrong way around, although I don't think it matters much.
    Looking forward to adding the camera, too. It's just not very well available here in The Netherlands. Will wait for Creality EU stock.
    It's also nice to see it doesn't make all that much noise (especially compared to my K1 Max).

      Please see 3.3 of the user manual. Also, the filament runout sensor would be on the right side. No biggie, but still... :)

      No PLA is gonna be flexible, but some are certainly stronger than others. For a phone case, TPU may be the way to go

    Thanks for the video, this is my first printer, I set it up today. Watching your video I became interested in the camera and have already bought one. As for the sensor you mention at the end of the video, does it make quite a difference? Would it be a good buy? What term can I use to search for? A specific model?

      Hey. Welcome. The G-Sensor something you should probably have. You can live without it, but pretty much all the fast Klipper printers utilize one. It's fairly cheap. Check it out here (and find the links to get it, in the desc) czcams.com/video/sR8cW45J8Cg/video.html

    I just got it too! Do you know if there is a way to get timelapse videos with the extruder out of the way? I've seen timelapses online where the print is "growing" but the extruder sits in one place. Any idea if that's possible with this setup?

      Yikes. Something is loose. Get eyes on all the connections. Could be a bad connection at the ceramic heater, which, would mean you need a new one. Check all connections carefully.

    • @3DRundown

      Yes. Creality print works well with the KE. I also recommend learning Orca

  • @thomascorcoran2975

    The only print I got to work was the bench test the ke comes with, everything I got off thigiverse fails after a few levels and gets stringy, the printer is just a couple. Days old

    • @3DRundown
      @3DRundown  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Sounds like you need to work on your slicing methods. Use Orca and watch my Bambu Studio and Orca videos. (They are the same)

      So I got it working now and it’s printing great, only question I have now is the nebula camera gave me a nice time lapse of a 1.5hr print then I did a 27 minute print and did not get one , is there a certain print you have to meet to get a time lapse

  • @lucasrezende7214
    @lucasrezende7214 Před 15 dny

    Mine doesn't have the "Camera site" settings regardless of having the "Enable time-lapse photography" switch on or off, it also doesn't record timelapses at all and I'm losing my mind trying to get it set-up. :/

      Do you send prints from Creality Print? (I would) Is your nebula firmware up to date?

      @lucasrezende7214 Před 14 dny

      @@3DRundown Hey, I think I figured it out! It looks like there's a minimum layer count treshold for timelapses, I was only printing pretty flat stuff, but when I tried printing a taller temperature tower it made a timelapse!

    • @3DRundown
      @3DRundown  Před 13 dny +1

      I think that's it. It takes allot of pics, to make a timelapse. if the print is super small, it would be like a 2 second timelapse. Also.... Get started with printing from Creality Cloud. So many benefits, and, your timelapses will be there!

    • @lucasrezende7214
      @lucasrezende7214 Před 13 dny

      @@3DRundown They really should improve the Creality Print + Creality Cloud Integration, make it more seamless, it's so practical to use Creality Print straight through LAN, I don't know how I feel about adding adding a step of uploading my project to Cloud to start printing from there.

    What slicer are you using?

  • @Almost_Made_It
    @Almost_Made_It Před 3 měsíci

    Total noob. Is the reason we are not printing pre sliced files because we need to customize all the options to suit our printer? Is cura a good slicer to use with this printer or should we use crealitys?

    • @3DRundown
      @3DRundown  Před 3 měsíci

      There are so many hardware and environment variables at play with a model, and, so many different methods and techniques, to print a model. Then there are endless filaments, which behave differently as well. Slicing it yourself, is the way to do it. I like Cura allot, but I would consider learning ORCA for your V3
