Depends person to person. I belong to a very lower middle class family. For me 60,000 rupees per month matters a lot. Otherwise every job has pros and cons. Take your decision as per your needs and understanding. Best of luck

1st january final result will come then it will take March to june for joining. Depends on the state to state.
But normally, the process is very fast.
