There's distance running/endurance. Then there's sprinting. There are runners with more of a thinner leaner physique and runners who are bigger and more muscular. How do I train for both since I'm wanting to be faster and have more endurance and stamina? Would this be more like mid-distance training? Anybody has any advice for me on this, leave a reply. Thanks.
I’m a mid-distance runner and do workouts similar to the one in the video. So I would consider this a mid-distance focused workout and could be something you can start doing!
You need to train for endurance as well as speed. For speed, you need to do speed workouts as well as things like interval training, strides, and hill sprints.

I think he was talking about the pace per 200 since they're on the indoor track!
@@sarahwelch5413 no cause he was going down the line and started with “for the 5, 69-70 somewhere in there.” “For the 3 we want it at 32-33is” he was just camera nervous lol
