Like all Law Enforcement does...
A 0600 no knock raid on a law-abiding citizen who is not a known criminal sounds exactly like a violent home invasion to me.
Can you defend yourself In a situation like this?
@@pricelesspppIf you have a wife and kids you’re going to try, unless you’re a coward. What kind of question is that?
@@user-rf3cn2ou3x Have you tried not being a coward?
@@user-rf3cn2ou3xIf you aren't prepared to follow the second amendment and defend yourself from tyranny even if it means you may die then what is the point of the guns you bought?
@@mke259 Thank you!
Breaking and entering is illegal, and self defense is legal. That makes this murder.
That’s now how the law works buddy, law enforcement has to be able to enter private property to effectively enforce law I thought the 2A community were law abiding citizens
@@thraxberserker9960this guy was and he got shot in the head
@@FedkaSlovanich But that's just it. He was breaking the law, selling firearms for profit, without an FFL. (and thereby, not having an FFL, also couldn't perform NICS checks)
That said, I don't agree with how pretty much all this has gone down, but operate within the law if you don't want to run the risk of having an encounter with law enforcement.
@@ElementofKindnessI'm pretty sure Arkansas law is good with private sales of pews.
Yep. Just checked, so your comment is bogus.
@ElementofKindness
Damn, your profile name is ironic in this context lol
At least it would be if a man wasn't dead.
😐
Here's the kicker - they didn't have an arrest warrant they only had a search warrant. So they could have just knocked on the door and shown him the search warrant. This man was not a violent criminal but an actual functional member of society and they executed him.
Exactly, no justification for a tactical raid to capture a "dangerous criminal". 100% uncalled for.
That’s what they do. Prepare yourself accordingly
They say they didn’t want him to hide evidence or flush it down the toilet! Hahaha!! This isn’t a block of drugs! lol The judge should be held accountable too!
ATF will never go after real terrorists, because they are terrorists. They protect their own kind. They go after citizens who would actually fight terrorists.
I'd like to see how they lied to the judge or cherry picked the facts for the judge that signed off on a no-knock warrant on a non-violent, non-criminal US citizen.
The ATF straight up murdered this man.
They obviously don't care about good people ( or people who can do something to stop them from doing more terrible things), so this was probably planned.
Yes they did
What’s wrong with simply knocking on the door at a reasonable hour and talking to him? Simply ignorant!
then the cops wouldnt get to live out their dreams of killing someone without repercussions....
That used to be standard op.
even better if they had a chat with him at his office.
they don;t get to play Delta force!!!
We need to elect more people like Rand Paul who would pass laws making no knock raids end.
No knock busting into a mans home at 0600 and expecting him not to wake up thinking theres a robbery is outrageous.
Americans need to understand that organized crime manifests itself as government and in governments, not just in the private sector.
exactly
Government is the ultimate organized crime
💯, who benefits from this. #1 suspect
He was the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. The money he would make from this little operation makes me wonder if HE was working for organized crime and was Epsteined.
What your fail to understand is the the US government and all local and state governments are actually corporations. The fact that you and many other people don't understand this, well its the reason why we're all in the mess we're in.
This is exactly what the forefathers fought against
This doesn’t cause fear!! This sends a clear message! Prepare yourself accordingly.
People need to go to prison for this. Zero reason for a no knock warrant in this case. Totally excessive force and abuse of power.
This is NOT excessive force, this is murder.
A search warrant shouldn't be a death warrant.
In this day and age, there is NO reason for no-knock raids. None. Absolutely none.
In very rare cases , involving repeated violent offenders.
Bottom line. Had he gone to trial before a judge or jury of his peers, would the death penalty have been on the table as a possible outcome? No. He had no criminal history whatsoever, a respectable job , and a known daily schedule. There was no reason for a no knock warrant. The judge needs to be looked into along with the agents and the supervisor who signed off on this raid.
@@vinezero. I Disagree. While checking out The ATF and FBI SOP ( standard operation procedure) look at Waco and Ruby Ridge. Murders !
@vinezero every crime they found a recent gun that he had sold was for suspicion of Marijuana possession, hardly violent crimes.
@@justinkennedy5271 Probably in states that have legalized Marijuana. Even though it's still a federal crime.
@@vinezero
And you forget that at one point children could buy guns without any regard. Selling a gun to a 15 year old shouldn't be a crime...
@@vinezero What gangs? Are these POCs?
Everyone involved in this raid need to be held accountable including the judge that signed the warrant, there was no reason for the raid in the first place.
Never gonna happen. The trigger man is probably still in the field. Probably will get a promotion.
Who do you expect to hold them accountable? Themselves? Are YOU willing to step up and take them to account?
Not sure the judge did much wrong here. The warrant specified that it was to be executed at daylight, but the ATF ignored that part. I don't know for certain if the warrant mentioned anything about it being a no-knock tough.
@@razorbackblood06 There was no reason for a warrant to kick in his door in the first place and the judge should have known that.
@@vinezero as others have mentioned, they could have executed the warrant in a manner that was safer for everyone involved. He had a right to a trial, but instead he was executed by the feds before that was possible.
Suspicion of running guns for a criminal organization is not grounds for violation of constitutional rights. That comes after the trial where he's found guilty.
Downright despicable. The ATF is an abomination. Un aliving whoever they please with impunity.
Apparently a phone call was out of the question. Completely unacceptable.
Another day of tyrants, so called following orders. How ruthless of the ATF!!! They need to be charged as murders!!
ATF was afraid he was going to flush his ARs down the toilet.
This stuff is getting out of control
That would suggest that it ever was *in* control.
Just now it's getting out of control?
Getting ???
IMO this is premeditated murder. The AFT didn't prove they need more funding. Instead, they showed us exactly why they need to be abolished.
If I'm not mistaken, the AFT said they couldn't arrest him at work because they couldn't get the key to the fence around the parking lot. Getting through a chain link fence, too hard, let's bust through a door & no knock raid a house at 6am.
Apparently it was too difficult to stop and arrest him at the gate to the parking lot, too. So many ways they could have done this better.
That is absolutely ridiculous
There was no dog shot, his wife survived, and his house wasn't burned to the ground, so I guess it's no harm no foul according to the Guestapo.
His wife was coved in his blood and brain matter and she was immediately handcuffed, placed in a car and ignored. She said she needed to go to the bathroom and she wanted a change of clothes and they refused her both requests! WHY?
Blatant murder.
As far as I understand it but local PD doesn't have to assist in their unlawful raids. They don't have to be silent on it. They don't have to pull security, or be accommodating. They even have the right to say "No, that operation is illegal and you can't do it in my county." Have some balls chiefs and sheriff's.
The ATF has no jurisdiction without accompaniment of the local enforcement agency.
I don't know where you heard that bullship, a federal agent has jurisdiction anywhere in the United states of America. Because they are Federal.
Something else to consider with these raids. The agents put the neighbors in danger, too. You're a neighbor to this house with your wife and kids asleep, and suddenly bullets are flying next door at 6am. Who's taking accountability when someone completely innocent and uninvolved on the sidelines is negligently shot?
You have to also remember when this raid took place, it was still dark at 6:00 AM in Little Rock Arkansas.
He was likely not even awake at that time in the morning, and regardless of how these federal agents or cops in general think that it's safer for everyone if they can catch you off guard in order to bust you, that is not necessary the case at all, especially when dealing with someone who actually knows how to use a firearm, and are extremely familiar with them, and you are breaking into his castle!
They did this for shock and awe, and didn't care who got killed in the end as long as it was not any members of law enforcement!
PATHETIC!
6 a.m. or 6:30 (I've seen both reported), is not the middle of the night for working people with day jobs. Most people are up by then. Maybe not at their peak alertness until they've had coffee, but not dead asleep by any stretch.
6 a.m. is only the middle of the night for shift workers, retirees and crackheads.
The thing is the ATFE said a agent saw him selling handguns illegally way back in 2017, they started investigating him full time started in 2018. The ATFE sent agents and CIs to make buys from him at gun shows. Since 2021 the ATFE had him under 24/7 surveillance, they had trackers on his vehicles. they complained to higher ups that they could not sit in the gated and secure parking lot at his work. But that they posted outside the entrances/ exits of parking lot. They had agents inside the airport to keep him under surveillance. So the ATFE had agents at his residence, agents folloing him when ever he drove anywhere, and agents at his work. Anytime he went to a gun show the AFTE had agents there to buy from him and to watch him, taking note of who he sold to. WHY did they need to preform a NO-KNOCK warrant at 6:30am . They could have just KNOCKED and announced their presence at 6:30am and still caught everybody off guard. They seized every firearm , every piece of ammo, an entire collection of COINS, electronics, paperwork, Money. Used to be search warrants had to specify items to be seized. The ATFE was investigating the man for years, they could have presented a list of items for search warrant. Not just any items that might be involved in a crime.
They killed him and took the Gold. Simple as that.
Imagine if they put in that much work against real criminals instead of people doing completely legal transactions.
Bard. Lawmakers need to make no knock warrant illegal. Whoever thought this was a good idea? And I would like to see how these ATF agents would react if the same happened to their mother at home.
This is a recipe for disaster and needs to stop now! And I am
In this case a non violent crime, a no knock raid is unlawful, unjust and uncalled for, and now a good man is dead
Even if it were theoretically concerning a "violent crime"/criminal, it was only a SEARCH warrant. There was no warrant for his arrest.
This is a great life lesson on why hardened doors and windows are a great investment.
As well as 3 inch screws into the door jamb for the hinges
@@TheSleepingonitnot to mention steel burglar bars and burglar doors too
It wasn't even an arrest warrant. It was a no knock search warrant......???
I've seen the warrant. It is a simple search warrant and didn't authorize no-knock or forced entry.
The ATF could be SHUT DOWN over this!
They should've been shut down over Ruby Ridge or Waco. This was just a family picnic compared to what they're infamous for.
Not when you investigated and found nothing wrong.
It's crazy that the guns he sold supposedly used in a crime were all three for being pulled over with "suspected" marijuana. And besides that gun crimes do not reflect on the seller. That's like blaming GM for dwi related deaths while in Chevy trucks
This gentleman the ATF killed never showed any violent tendencies. What did his criminal record contain that necessitated a “no knock” warrant? This was a planned attack on a citizen to show FORCE and make us afraid. It’s a wonder the agent wasn’t killed.
They didn’t arrest him because they didn’t have the necessary proof and he wasn’t engaging in illegal activities at the time. Unless sleeping has become a felonious activity.
Exactly 💯%
I’m curious, what if he had killed over half of them and lived, what would the consequences be? I mean a no knock raid .
Would he be charged for murder? I’d hope not because he was for all he knew protecting his life and property, plenty of examples of evil people using police gear to rob people.
It's Murder.
Glad I could help.
sooner or later, there will be a Crispus Attucks moment.... The same playbook they used in Waco
They always resort to burning people out when faced with waiting and reasonable negotiation.
Which time in Waco?
I doubt there are many in this comment section that wouldn't get in a gunfight at 6am when they get their door kicked in. This policy NEEDS to change.
Back the blue? ATF uses local police to help them with their raids.
Not always. It depends on the city. If they think someone in local government will alert the suspect or won't go along with a possible cover up they won't involve them.
Even the local fire dept was involved. Really surprising how no one thought this wasn't a good idea. Absolutely nuts!!!
@@tonyrmathis Incorrect. Local LEO has to be notified and accompanying.
@@DieselRamcharger
Again! See the case of the FBI raid in Sunrise, Florida where 2 FBI agents died and the suspect killed. A suspect they claimed scrubbed his social media DURING the gun battle.
And it's nothing new for feds not to warn local law enforcement. It's been done for decades in cases where they think local law enforcement is corrupt and connected to the suspects. It was routinely done in the south when investigating race crimes where local law were suspected of being members of the KKK.
Sometimes yes, other times no. Most sheriff's departments would have nothing to do with this, and have even removed the ATF /FBI from peoples property on occasion. Maybe the city police in a very blue state/city tho.
No knock raids should be outlawed.
Did nobody ever teach them violence begets violence?
My thoughts exactly. The way they handled that situation did not fit the crime. I guess they shoot first and ask questions later.
The ATF will hide behind the”I was in fear of my life” and they will smear the deadman’s caricature.
Just plain murder !!!!!!
Very sad for the victim and his family. I hope they sue.
That's close to home for me. No knock raids are wrong in every way. I may have seen him before.
This ATF is out of control. They think they are some kind of badge wearing higher authority that can make their own rules. We need to take the guns away from the ATF immediately. The 2nd ammendment doesnt say to arm the ATF.
What law-abiding citizen awoken from sleep isn't going to defend his house from a break-in at six am in the morning, especially when they kicked your door in without identifying themselves!
The warrant was for searching for evidence. It was NOT an arrest warrant. So they could have raided his house while he and his wife were out to dinner!
Correct. But it is very odd too though. They claim a lot of evidence they already had. This should have plenty to just arrest him.
You don't need an FFL to sell guns privately in most states, so the ATF is breaking the law right here depending on state laws. The ATF only cares about its own rules, not Federal or State laws.
If law enforcement and the judges involved in a no knock warrant sign off on something like this that results in the death of an innocent person they should be charged with murder, period. NO reasonable person would’ve used a no-knock in a case like this, there was zero justification.
No matter how you look at this, it was excessive. There where many of other ways this could have been handled.
All judges in the ones that allowed that SWAT right to happen should be in prison for murder the ATF is not a police organization their tax organization and they need to be relegated for taxes and that's it
It's not that he hadn't committed a violent crime before, it's that he never committed ANY CRIME before, but they treated him like he was part of the mafia or drug cartel.
Another person close to the Ciltons found somewhat suspiciously unalived???
I didn't think that's the case here. He just worked at an airport named in their honor.
@@Nos2113its a joke dude. learn satire.
@@bettycocker2226 Ahh, gotcha. You know how text can be.

So instead of stopping him outside, or announcing presence, its ok for a group of armed men to infiltrate someone's home at the crack of dawn weapons drawn over something that could be easily handled in court? @@vinezero

No Knock raids should only happen for Capital crimes. They use to be Peace officers now they are LEO. That's a big difference.
I agree with you 100% and thank you for your service. You are appreciated be safe.
more coverage on this is needed spread the word
Also, who else could have been in the home during the raid and had their lives endangered?
This could be anyone in America. The atf murdered this guy. He lived in a McMansion and wasn’t a risk to run. What’s the logic of no knock search?
We need to get the “ no knock “ laws changed. It’s breaking and entering and should not be happening.
He was murdered and where is the outrage? How many "no knock" warrants (read: home invasions) have been served that have been at the wrong location or victims murdered or innocents in adjoining apartments wounded/killed?
Was there a history of attempted communication with the murder victim in this case before the warrant was served? Had they given him a chance previously to surrender or turn himself in and he refused?
Too many unanswered questions here.

Glad to see you let loose at the end of this one. I just made a comment on your last video saying it feels that your commentary is restrained and being filtered.
You are right on, none of the pencil pusher ATF agents should be allowed to carry a firearm. Anything requiring them to have armed officers should have to be discussed with local officers and only those officers can be armed.
Local officers are on their side. Stop denying it.

There was no call for an early morning door kicking raid on this guy. All they had to do was wait for him to get in his car and stop him there. No knock warrants should be outlawed. He was Not a flight risk and you can't flush an AR pistol or most guns, so evidence tampering is kinda moot. No knock warrants and raids are conducted when the chances of evidence are going to be destroyed. The ATF shouldn't have the capability in this sense to be able to do them for firearm crimes.

It’s self evident that thugs were at the door.
They had a warrant. They could have shown up at anytime. They chose night so he would think it’s a home invasion. I see it as an excuse for the ATF to kill him.

There's been several cases like thus where they flex, and or try to justify a budget. Waco being a big one, that could have resolved in a better way. They need a overhaul, or just abolish them, and have the fbi ir marshals assume their duties.
