It's a crime that Arshad didn't get much mainstream films after Munna Bhai. He deserved to be a star.
Its because he is too monotonous and looks the same in every character. Hence, he didn’t get many mainstream films

Arshad Warsi is a gem! I often wonder why he doesn't get more films because he's a natural comedian but he also has very expressive eyes, like Nawaz he has a lot of depth. Big respect to Manoj Bajpayee giving him such a big compliment aur thodi daanth also ki take yourself more seriously.
Because of only these reasons, bollywood is full of insecure people
Aditya actually wanted to learn from the seniors.. Good to see him putting his technical queries to improve his craft
Manoj Bajpayee is a wealth of knowledge and opinions. Indian cinema is lucky to have him.
Seeing Aditya representing all of us introverted people working in jobs that require us to mingle and be extroverted, it is quite refreshing because that is exactly how we are in such social settings. We’re just trying to be part of the group but we’ll awkwardly smile and coyly laugh. We’ll cross our hands and ask questions that seem to be a bit more serious but we’re genuinely trying!

This is the best roundtable. Talents, knowledge, and laughter beyond expectation. Arshad and Aparshakti are such characters every friend circle needs. Cracking jokes on other actors sitting next to you without offending them is so rare to see these days. Feeling bad for Aditya, his life is little misplaced.
Totally agree. what a fun watch. I again agree. Aditya has two problems he does not have a personality and he doesnt have talent like others. For me Nawaz and Manoj together is the best.

Aditya does feel awkward here but he’s a very chilled out guy as per the industry folks. He’s a common friend of most actors Ranbir, Sid, Arjun. There’s never been any controversy around him. As an actor hit or miss. I feel he needs a good Director n script.
Most fun Roundtable I’ve seen this year. Felt like a gathering of friends at home.
It feels so good to see arshad getting praised for his craft.. i've loved him since i was a child.. whether its acting, dance, comic timing, his personality.. lovely to see these talents getting acknowledged again..

I actually think Adi Roy Kapoor spoke well. He’s just an introvert that’s all. Not every one needs to be garrulous and a showman.
Aparshakti +Arshad made this a breeze. And then comes the barrage of stories from Manoj sir and Nawaz sir. ❤ Siddharth should relax more. He is a good actor. He deserves to be on that table among others. Arjun do more roundtables. People want to hear more of your lores.

THE BEST ROUNDTABLE I’ve ever watched!! The fun, the humility, the talent, the camaraderie - so endearing, so honest and so rare! How Manoj Sir appreciated and pulled up Arshad Warsi speaks volumes of how much he loves his craft and thereby good talent!! I had as much fun watching them as they had. Serious lessons amidst so much fun!!

Such a good roundtable - loved that it's a small group which makes it more intimate and not overly choreographed. I would love to see more small group roundtabes vs the huge ones with ~10 people.
And unlike this group , everyone there is egoistic and just answers the questions and doesnt crack jokes or interact with fellow stars to lighten up the mood of the roundtable
That comment by Manoj about Arshad tells you how much this man loves good acting.
The amount of fun these people had can only come out if they have immense respect for each other and their crafts. Absolutely fantastic this roundtable. Laughed throughout this one.

Hotstar killed Mohit's chance of joining in by making the series release in two parts and the timing was so wrong.

This was such a fun interview process. So many of my favourites. Most film discussions have become too intellectual (although I enjoy intellectual discussions). Arshad has been my sweetheart guy to go!

What a wonderful roundtable but please can you do something about the audio mixing in the future. It was really difficult to make out what some people were saying at times even with the volume turned up.

Zindagi main pehli baar badiya round table hua. It was awesome.
I love what Arshad said about sensible cinema. There are so many good art films made all over India and I've never seen any on the big screen--it's always been on some platform . There is also the fact that I desperately have to search for them on these platforms because all the 'famous' ones take up the front page.
Since the audience for these sort of films is small, they're barely talked about and hence don't reach people easily.
Lord of rings is also art why india can not make that kind of art why they make garbage bahubali and padmavat

What a round table this was ! The best one ever . The banter , the moments, the jokes show the ease and comfort of all the actors around that table . And to put it in perspective , most of them were the best in their craft . So it wasn’t only banter but also deep insights into their craft , their journey . So honest and appreciative of each other .
Such a rarity and a hope that such rapport and camaraderie do exist in the film industry .
