I had gastric bypass & took phentermine & prozac combined together to try and shed the last 60lbs. My doctor no longer practices & the nearby weight loss clinic charges $250 for an office visit. You have to be rich to afford wegovy/ozempic & there’s no guarantee that you will keep it off once you stop. 🛑 I have done all kinds of diets carnivore/low carb were the worst in terms of weight loss. Cutting down or cutting out red meat 🥩 & pork really helped me drop weight like 15lbs. Now I do 80% alkaline diet & dropping weight very easy. She’s totally correct ✅ about weight-loss & she’s so beautiful 🤩 & lovable.
What is your relationship like with food? “Complicated.” I completely understand. That is the word I thought of too. It isn’t always calories in calories out. I hate that saying, because people with hypothyroidism have a harder time losing weight. People with lipedema also struggle to lose and maintain. We now know there can be more to a person struggling with their weight than calories in and calories out.
This is ridiculous. Just further proof only select families are ever allowed in media & entertainment. Carnie Wilson literally has no talent. Give it up already.
Carnie is such a delight. I've been a fan of hers since Wilson Phillips 1990 and I've grown up with her as a singer and as a TV personality.

I’m happy for her that she has lost weight. However, I’m so sick of people shaming obese people for using Ozempic. Obesity is a disease.
Love Carnie!
Love Carnie
Ozempic...
What’s your point?
Most likely, too lazy to diet and exercise so Ozempic is the easy way.
