Great diagrams! And hilarious interjection from the anteater fur-buddy. Also LOL that the weather seems more exciting, there, than the lead-up to the Olympics.
On what you say about "it would be a bit of a shock to the system", another way the _program_ could avoid this is that each _refresh_ pops us back in as Boltzmann Brains in a Boltzmann Universe. The memories in our heads, and all things around us, would correspond with the timelines to which our souls chose to switch. Not saying that I think this is true. On the other hand, with some development on details, it could be an unfalsifiable hypothesis - like the proposition that the almighty is a Flying Spaghetti Monster (greetings to any Pastafarians who read this).
It's refreshing to hear someone on YT say that they don't have a clue about a particular aspect of the metaphysics they are discussing. _Vibration and energy_ are some things that perplex me. I'll post a separate question on these - very close to getting around to it!

      Thank you @struth0 :)
The anteater fur-buddy is named ALF, after the tv show of the same name.
I was clueless about the Botlzmann Brains, thank you for pointing it out. It may actually be closer to reality than we imagine. One element I thought about earlier today was the fact that even if changed timelines multiple times since my surgery in 2018, I still bear the large scars across my body. Hypothetically, I could wake up to a different reality and not have any scars, yet somehow I carry them as part of my "past" history. As I said, I am just playing with different personal theories here!

@@themanwhokeptdying Yes, that scenario would be possible under the hypothesis! Perhaps, on rejoining our _higher selves_, we get to see the sidetracks we went down along the way.
Again, I'm not suggesting that this is really how things work. On the other hand, it would explain some moments of puzzlement one might have. Along the lines of _déjà vu_, these are times ~ which might aptly be called _m'échappe_ (?) ~ when the reason that you did something totally escapes you. Maybe they occur when we refuse to heed intuition, so our guides/ higher selves trundle us *Boltzmann-style* to the timeline we need to be on.
