    I have been watching all your video's on this build... you have inspired me to do one.. loader/backhoe on my case 446.. i wish I would have got plans. But 85% done.. haha.. on the bucket pivot arms was wondering how long center line for puns were... keep up the good work and thanks for sharing

    Nice to see some young people building things, nice work . May I suggest an idea for future projects. Grease fittings...instead of in the bushings, put them in the shaft . Drill a hole down the center with and intersecting hole some where in the middle and the zirk on one end. Perhaps you could look at "DU" style bushing as well great improvement for longevity .

      Agreed! I'm building another one in December and will be machining pins with fittings. I didnt have a lathe when I did this build but I do now!

    i just have to say that this thing looks like it will be able to really do some serious work!! I homestead on my farm and heavily depend on my John Deere X500 GT. i wish i could get a loader for it. i hope your going to keep this for your farm

      +Eli Fulton nk you for the comment! Yes I will be keeping this for the Farm here! The JD X500 is a nice tractor. They do make a JD 44 Loader for it. You should check it out

      oh man. I wish i knew how to do that sort of thing. i can fix some stuff but building my own implements is another lol would you say it would be cheaper to build vs buy?

    • @Isavetractors
      @Isavetractors  Před 8 lety

      It's only cheaper to build vs buy if you already have the tools.

    The sleeves at 3 34 look like regular iron. Or is it steel?
