  • Spanning two years of close collaboration between National Gallery Singapore and Antony Gormley, Gormley’s new site-specific work, 𝘏𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘰𝘯 𝘍𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘚𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘦 (2021), for the Ng Teng Fong Roof Garden Commission, invites you to co-create your experience by moving through a vast matrix of 47 aluminium rings as you are surrounded by the Singapore cityscape.
Complementing this are three sculptures that showcase Gormley’s enduring interest in exploring the different facets of the human body: 𝘊𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘝 (1998), 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 (1991) 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘍𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 (2017).
Led by Director (Curatorial, Research, Exhibitions) Russell Storer and Curator Qinyi Lim, this tour introduces you to Gormley's evolving practice and invites you to consider the relationship between our bodies, nature and the cosmos.
