    By: Beth’s Keto Kitchen
    Ingredients:
    8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
    8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
    1 T Brown Sugar Swerve
    2 T Confectioner’s Swerve
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 T Salted Caramel Skinny Syrup
    Directions:
Using a Ninja mini food processor or hand-held mixer with a whisk attachment, whip heavy cream and xanthan gum until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese with hand-held mixer and light and fluffy. Add sweeteners, vanilla extract and skinny syrup. Mix until blended. Add in whip cream and mix until all incorporated. To stay keto, serve with fresh strawberries. Or just eat like a lovely pillowy fat bomb all by itself! 😊 Your non-keto friends would like other fruit such as apples, pineapple, grapes, etc. for dipping.

    Carnivore-Keto Sausage Balls | 6:20
    By: Beth’s Keto Kitchen
    Ingredients:
    1# Fresh Pork Sausage
    ¼ C Real Bacon Bits
¾ C Pork Panko (crushed pork rinds)
    ¼ C Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Minced Onion
¼ tsp each: Pink Salt, Pepper
    1 Large Egg
    Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended and incorporated together. Using a large cookie scoop, make 24 even balls, roll in hands for uniform balls. Serve with a low carb marinara sauce or bbq sauce.

Love the heart-shaped measuring spoons! God, I've not had any fruit in like 2 years, but this looks heavenly! I like that sour cream from Aldi, it's the same as Daisy and only $0.85 for 16 oz!! That buffalo chicken dip looks bomb! How is the canned chicken? That's something I've always shied away from. Cute red pepper dip vessel! And, omg....we bought 4 rolls of the Aldi sausage. I froze 3 right away and we opened one to cook the next day and it did not smell good at all....if Rob can tell something is off, it is definitely off. Now I'm scared of the ones in the freezer!

Thanks Debi, I can't remember where I got those measuring spoons, probably Home Goods! lol ... and yes, the Aldi sour cream is good and I love their sausage too, it's 0 carbs, I've never had a bad batch before, sorry to hear that. I use Philly cream cheese though as it's

That’s awesome, I have the same little blender/chopper and never thought to make whipped cream in it (much easier than the big kitchen-aid mixer) 😊

thanks, it works so slick and so much faster and easier than messing up the big mixer! 😊
