Ok. Here's what you guys need. Get a shuttle bus van type, 15 or 18 ft long and a 8 by 12 trailer for Frank. That way if frank can stay at a work site with the trailer while momy and the baby can do some groceries. Please don't get a full size top kick bus. You guys will have a hard time with the mechanics of a full size bus. Good luck guys.

Two hardest working people! Babies learn to self soothe to sleep, it exercises their lungs and helps them learn how to cope and fall asleep my pediatrician told me years ago! I love the water view I have a lake in my backyard and I love sitting on my deck and just watching the water and the ducks ,geese. I don't know what's been going on with CZcams but this is the first time I've seen you in months getting notified. I still have not gotten on the road it's gonna be a while probably a year or maybe more I have cancer and we are trying to shrink the tumor so the surgeon could go in and get it out of me. So keep me in your prayers your baby is beautiful that's the first time I've seen her she's gonna have a great personality because of her parents. Wife and I are excited. Im working at home now finally stopped travelling for the railroad so we are going to go on our first road trip with the van. we were thinking north to the northern lights but the fires are usually bad so we are leaning towards organ coast trip and some national parks. never been. if you guys have any must see spots let me know.

Baby gates everywhere in this grandmas house but luckily they still have room to crawl and rim run. Love the ones that actually have a latch that I can walk through and don’t have to try and do a high jump over. Salud 🥂

You need a play pen. I had 2 of them. 1 indoors 1 outdoors. The outdoors one wore out faster, because I took it all over a 20 acre property. We were a small homestead, in Nikiski Alaska. My home town.

Hey, you need to get online and get one of those I don’t know what it’s called but it’ll form around those posts and stuff and around doors those really work. I cannot think of the name of it but it forms it and all you have to do is trace it on your but you’re gonna cut off.
We bought our bus, Odie 370, used from a new bus dealership. They take the best of the best in trade from the schools for resale as public transportation in South America. We bought from Sonny Merryman in Virginia, but I'm sure there are Canadian dealerships doing the same thing.

I built a bunkie on my parents' property!! I actually ended up going with an Amish shed builder rather than a typical construction contractor. PLUS, all the walls and roof trusses were built at their site in PA and then trucked to me in VA and erected on site. Somehow, that ended up saving several thousand bucks. And handyman services are in super high demand so Frank should for sure be busy. I live in an area where the median age is like 65 and, you know...as people age, they need help with a lot more. Tap into that retiree market! lol ;)
We also live in an area with a lot of retirees so Frankie is doing good so far!!! I LOVE the prefab bunkies and have been eyeing some Canadian made ones (easier for shipping and delivery). Now I'm just wondering if we can live in 100 square feed haha

My dad, in his mid-seventies, still loves to do everything and anything that he can, but what he wishes for most is somebody not to come in and do the whole job for him but to help and assist. A lot of things our elders still want to do but getting up and down from the ground proves more and more challenging.

Wait times don't matter.... they've always existed. Our taxes allow for free healthcare....no cost. So, being Canadian has definite perks....we won't lose our homes, cottages, other assets if we become ill. So...cheers from Ontario 🇨🇦

I'm quite ignorant when it comes to traveling with a child. Does Everly need a passport to travel in the US since she is a citizen of Canada?
Yes so driving across she doesn't need one but flying she does so we went ahead and got her one just to have the flexibility. Her little passport photo is too funny!
My mother was the third of nine so it was a result I don't have any siblings.
