That feeling of warm, cozy comfort when I see gothic imagery is precisely what I have trouble communicating to people who don't get it. Horror is like a warm blanket on a cold day, and I have no idea why. I'm so glad to hear someone else talk about it. 🎃
I cant believe I found this beautiful video with so little views. The way you speak about the topic connected with my like no other video so far. Thank you!
a psychology teacher said in a lecture that if you love someone and you can clearly say why, then it's not actually love. I think that's also why none of us can pin point a reason and just say things that sort of sound right to us :D great video!
@@chriswingerTV More than “managed to”- I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Your presentation and sense of humour are a breath of fresh, Scandinavian air! I saw your channel for the first time yesterday, and I’ve already started rewatching your videos, and trying to say “mare”, “lind orm”, and “theck wiener” as well as you do 🤣👍🏻
Omg the thumbnail gave me so many memories !! My English teacher made us watch Dracula (1992). Anyway, you gain a new subscriber ^^ I don't have the same relationship with horror as you, I can read the scariest book and be fine, whereas when I watch horror movies I cover my eyes with my hands during scary scenes but I cannot stop watching those movies. 🤣
I hope it wasn't in like 5th grade or something 🤣 We're all different like that. I wish I could get as scared by watching movies as you! Makes it more immersive. It's a part of the experience that I've lost with age😅
Hi Chris do you like the X files series? I grew up watching that and the only two episodes that stuck with me were “squeeze” and “Home”… home is terrifying. The mother under the table… IYKYK. Great show I highly recommend.
Yes, I love it! Very nostalgic for me. I haven't watched all the seasons yet though. home was dark as hell! I love that about the x files; that some episodes are very light-hearted and funny and some are really dark.
@@chriswingerTV I think the end kind of fit the dystopian feel of the film. I really enjoyed the subtle color palette and the soundtrack. This was one of those for me that hits all the right notes although I could have done without the gas pumping scene, I found that a bit odd. Thanks again for sharing it!
It's almost not horror but you might like 2018s Wolf House. Nothing else like it, much vibes. Go in blind though (I'm not put off by spoilers but this one is an exception) . Are you on LetterBoxd?
@@chriswingerTV You can search films by nation, multiple genres AND decade all at once. I mostly use it to keep track of what my friends and I have seen / want to see (watchlist). Keep up the great work 👍
Damn. This whole imagery looks like it was taken from my fantasies but I've never seen any of those movies. Can y'all tell me their names? I know ome of those is Sleepy Hallow but that's it.
Bram Stoker's Dracula, house, black Sunday, the vampire doll, trick 'r treat, Halloween, ju-on: the grudge and probably something I forgot but ask if you're wondering about a specific clip☺️

It really is! I feel so at home in that aesthetic. Glad you feel the same 😊
You wanna no what scared the shit out of me? The fear of forgetting. I was a bit paranoid for a while after.
Gotta keep that brain active and prevent Alzheimer's!
1:50 - 2:20 this part made me laugh hard😂
I was afraid people wouldn't get it🤣

Thank you! I'll make more videos about cooking in the future!

Yeah, I guess it's impossible to narrow it down to one reason 😊 Thanks a lot! 😁🙏
I did not expect the rap skills, but I was impressed.
Rappety rappety rappety rap 😎
Holy shit, you actually made me audibly laugh several times with this one- thank you!
Thank YOU! Makes me really happy that I managed to make you laugh!

Haha Wow! That's so awesome that you like it that much! Means a lot to me 😁🙏
I like when the funny guy cuts his hand off and says groovy
So do I!
This video was great! hope you make more
Big thanks! I'm gonna focus a lot on horror and spooky stuff. Got something coming pretty soon 😁
I had a strange experience once with someone (or something) climbing up on my bed, so I haven't written off ghosts completely.
That sounds really scary! Unless it was a ghost cat, then it was cute.
I agree completely on the reason.
Nice 😎

Thanks a lot! 😊
Truly enjoyed this and watching Pulse on Tubi now, I'd never seen it.
Glad you enjoyed the video! 😁
It's super creepy but it kinda lost me in the end though. The ending is weird.

You're welcome! I barely even remember the gas pumping 🤣 The soundtrack is fantastic, I agree!
You are fantastic! Insta-sub!
Yay! Big thanks! 🙏😁

Definitely gonna check that out now! I'm not on letterboxd but maybe I should be!
