    Today's tutorial is on contortion handstand, also known as arched handstand or simply arch! This is an advanced element that requires really good flexibility skills. The skills that you need to master before the contortion handstand are bridge and handstand. Exercises that can improve your arched handstand are bridge on elbows, cobra pose, bow pose and teardrop pose.
    Please, make sure that you practice on a mat and are really well warmed up!
